"The restaurant features a charming and spotless atmosphere. The sushi is truly exceptional—I would easily give it a five-star rating. This was my second visit, and both times have been fantastic. On my first trip, I enjoyed fresh sushi at the sushi bar, and their volcano sushi was particularly impressive. I also loved the steakhouse section where they serve traditional Japanese steak. Today, I chose the bento box lunch special in the main dining area, which offers great value for money. Overall, I would rate this place five stars!"

"Excellent hidden gem! After driving by this place a few times, I decided to give it a try. I ordered the two-piece tuna, mixed tempura, and house salad. I also asked them for a recommendation for a good small sake that was reasonably priced, and the manager recommended the Funaguchi, which comes in a can! It was absolutely delicious and packs quite the punch, so I couldn't finish every last drop, but would definitely get it again. Now for the food! While most sushi restaurants give you the two-piece tuna with tons of rice filler, here is the opposite! The sushi chef Koji gave me two of the biggest pieces of fish I've ever gotten for a two-piece order and I actually asked for a little bit more rice with it! It was delicious. The little dish of ginger wasabi also came with their house-made pickles, which are so good (forgot to take a picture of this the sushi before I started eating it).The house salad was huge and had that delicious ginger dressing and also those delicious pickles on top. The tempura was so fresh and piping hot, there was a wide variety of vegetables, and you actually get three pieces of shrimp. It was cooked to perfection!I was so surprised that this is one of the best sushi places I've been to! It's definitely a hidden gem and I highly recommend you go and check it out!"

"Excellent service, surprisingly nice place. Very fresh modern and clean. Extensive menu Chinese, sushi and even a bit Thai. Portions are great, personally I found it with great flavors a bit on the light side, a little bland. Or maybe I expected very strong flavors. Overall great nonetheless. Plenty parking and good location. I'll be back to try other dishes that are usually with stronger flavors. Good value place."

"When I visited this restaurant I did not have the highest expectations due to the atmosphere and general decorations, which usually doesn?t bother me because some of the most amazing food is hidden behind ugly places. That being said, my experience was not the best. Seaweed salad was good, but the spring rolls were almost burnt, due to excessive frying. I could barely taste anything besides the batter from the fry. As I know this is a Thai restaurant, but the sushi was far from perfect. The fresh fish on the sushi was warm, and the selection of rolls was not limited but seemed to be repeated."

"I had a wonderful dining experience at Hana Sushi Hibachi Poke Bowl when I tried the chicken steak hibachi lunch. It was a classic hibachi dish, with fresh flavors, and it was served promptly. I would definitely order it again. I also sampled the Mexico sushi roll, but it’s not something I would choose next time. My girlfriend enjoyed a poke bowl, which was excellent. Overall, the menu at Hana Sushi Hibachi Poke Bowl offers great options, and I highly recommend this restaurant. I look forward to returning."

"Went on a Saturday from a recommendation from a coworker. We got there before the big dinner crowd to avoid it being loud and taking forever. It didn't matter. Service was slow and lousy. The restaurant was not crowded. There were 4 sushi chefs, so it was not them holding things up. We had to ask several times for food that we ordered and never got. The 2 people taking orders were also bussing tables. Finally, it seemed that the manager came out to help, but it was too late. The food was tasty but not great. I think they were trying to get rid of the screaming O sauce because anything that came out with it was drowning in it. It was more like a salad dressing than anything else. Not a place I am looking to go back to. If they can't handle a pre-rush dinner crowd with just OK food, how bad will it be during a regular night with a crowded restaurant and tons of orders coming through."

"I used to go here often when it was Z Sushi. Since change of name/ownership, it hasn't been quite as good. Tonight, we got stuck in a corner by the beer fridge, which makes it nearly impossible to see any TVs. I asked for the Angel game to be put on one of the TVs that I could barely see, and was told they couldn't change the channel. They had a replay of a college football game playing from a year prior. We had three different servers attend to us, which made it awkward when trying to figure out who to order from or ask for things. The food was ok, but not as good as other spots around here. The menu was lacking for AYCE. No reason to come back here with all the better sushi options in town."

"The website says they close at 2. I called at 1:30pm to get 1 roll to go and Noone answer. I then drove 15min and paid a meter. At 1:45pm I ran into a young lady at the door that said they were closed. I shared that I wanted 1 roll and called at 1:30 but Noone answered and the website says they close at 2. She said the kitchen closed at 1:30 and although it's 1:45, they are locking up. I enjoy their food but disappointed in the misinformation."

"The best sushi in town! Always fresh with excellent service. It’s a BYOB spot, and even after 10 years, the quality and service remain outstanding. Price per person: $20–30. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5. Highly recommended dishes include the Lobster Tail Roll, Rainbow Roll, Japanese Crab Cake, Fire Roll, and Sapporo Roll."

"After we ordered and waited, everyone in my group—who are also sushi enthusiasts—was blown away by the flavors! I instantly fell in love with the sushi. The chef, named “K,” and our server, “Bo,” were both delightful! We ended up returning twice before we left. The prices were comparable to other places, with some even being cheaper. Make sure to try the Sex Bomb roll and the Sunrise roll… WOW! What surprised me the most was how empty the restaurant was. I couldn’t believe it wasn’t packed to the brim! Now, I feel motivated to help promote this small family business. I told them that if people knew what amazing sushi they serve, they might need a bigger location! They laughed at my enthusiasm. I truly promise that if you visit this place and don’t leave thrilled, just give me a call! I can’t wait to return to Florida just to enjoy this sushi again!"

"An interesting twist was when the chef who came to our grilling area resembled the host who had seated us. I asked if they were brothers, and to my surprise, the host was actually our chef! It turned into a delightful hibachi experience filled with great food and laughter. Most meals come with two shrimp, along with rice, noodles, soup, and vegetables. After the meal, the chef returned and revealed that he was not only the host but also the owner of the restaurant. He recognized how overwhelmed his staff was, understood customer impatience, and stepped in to ensure everything went smoothly. If you're hesitant about trying this restaurant due to negative reviews, I urge you to reconsider. Give it a shot or even a second chance, keeping in mind that the entire restaurant industry is currently facing challenges with staffing, wait times, and overall reviews."

"looking for something new, so we went on early Friday night. we were not sure what to expect, but have found the place with some customers to our reservation. we had the spicy cats, orange chickens and a rainbow roll, which all seemed very fresh. we found all the dishes we tried very tasty. there was only 1 server at the time, but maybe that was because we were early. our table was checked when we finished our meal. overall the experience was both good and eating. look forward to other items in the menu."

"Went there for an early Father's Day dinner to treat myself. Selected the All You Can Eat option as I had fasted all day and was craving sushi. The AYCE option is fairly inexpensive, and I know why now. I ordered the rolls identified in the photo, and they were delivered fairly quickly. Most of the rolls are fried, and the fish did not taste that fresh. The AYCE option was pretty limited to just rolls, and while regular sushi and sashimi were available, it was $1.50 extra per piece above and beyond the $25.00 AYCE dinner price. The decor, the food, and the menu were tired and dated. When the sushi rolls were delivered, they were poorly assembled, and the fish to rice ratio was way off. Each roll had too much rice and not enough filling. The crayfish roll that I ordered had no visible crayfish tails in the roll whatsoever. I can only surmise that they cut the tails apart to put even less meat in the actual sushi roll. The fried rolls were much too large, requiring 2 to 3 bites to consume each piece of the roll. The sushi rolls were average at best, matching very closely to the rolls served at some Chinese buffets around town. In fact, the Chinese buffet sushi has more meat in each roll. They use way too much rice in each roll and not enough other components such as avocado, cucumber, fish, etc... This place is cheap, but the sushi is not good. I don't recommend this place at all."

"Clean, with kind and quick staff and a nice assortment of Hibachi style and sushi dishes. Namely the spring rolls are really good. They're freshly prepared and delicious. Other appetizer of note is the dumplings. Absolutely delightful, not overly salty like others I've had. The regular miso soup is fresh and hot. Sushi lunch special was a nice assortment of fishes with a small California roll. Service was very good and quick. Our waiter Trevor was exceptional in his duties and gave us recommendations on the menu when we looked unsure. He made the experience even better. Very pleased. Will be back."

"Came for an early dinner right as they were opened and we're seated promptly. We had a couple questions regarding which rolls and other dishes to order and our servers Vince and Ralphie were extremely helpful. Best things we had were the Salmon Carpaccio as well as the Cajun fish roll. Don't exactly remember the name but it was smokey and delicious! Cozy ambiance as well and it seemed extending inviting. Would definitely come again!"
