"I loved the bell hop girl, she had a lot of facial piercings which was really cool. She made my night. Food was delish as well. Vegetarian options: I didn't know they had vegetarian options, I will have to look at that for sure next time. Dietary restrictions: I wasn't aware of any restrictions, but they do make notice of the peanuts allergy being a possiblity in the shakes menu. "We have been here several times since it is relatively close to where we live. We went today, just for drinks. My wife placed the order in the app as soon as we got there. She ordered her coke zero with sugar free cherry and vanilla and me a cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper (we ordered more but the order messed up was our drinks). When the order arrived initially, we were missing a drink so the girl went back and got it. However when she came back she could not tell us which drink was the Coke Zero and the Dr. Pepper (my wife cannot have sugar). The girl did not know, nor did she attempt to find out. My wife and I both tasted the drinks and neither of us could tell the difference between them. Honestly they both tasted the same so they are either both Dr. Pepper or Coke Zero. Sufficeit to say, she could not drink either one so I have to drink both (and I do not like Coke Zero), so wasted money on a drink she can't have. This is not the first time this has happened either. We have been to Sonic in Georgetown and have NEVER had issues with drinks being correct. Service: 2"

"We ordered the Reese's peanut butter malts, which looked fantastic, but unfortunately, they tasted like vanilla with just a sprinkle of crushed Reese's on top. It didn't quite match the image on the menu. Since we took it home, we didn't realize until then; otherwise, I would have mentioned it to the server. We appreciate the effort, though. While we waited for our malt, there was a steady stream of cars placing orders, so maybe it was just one of those nights for malts. We plan to give it another try in the near future."

"I absolutely adore the food and cherry lime slush at this restaurant. The shakes are also fantastic. The service is quick and efficient for take-out orders. I had lunch here and it was a great value for the price, with meals ranging from $1 to $10 per person. "Today I used my mobile app and ordered 2 lg milkshakes. When we got to the window, we were told we would have to wait for 1 hour because they were cleaning the machines. And this was at 4:07pm. I asked for my money back and she told me I would have to go through the mobile app and gave me a number. I called this number and I could not understand the person on the other end. Finally she got my ticket done and let me know it would be 7 to 10 business days for a refund!!! You have to be kidding me!!! Look that ticket was $15.00!!!!! We are already getting slammed against the wall! And they can't refund 15.00. I then ask the lady if she was in the United States and was told NO! She was in the Phillipines!!! I am ashamed!!! "Went to this location and was in shock at what it turned into! Walked inside and there were yelling customers hanging in the restaurant. The floor was wet when walking through the door. The place was filthy! No in person ordering. Must order through a wall display. My All American Hotdog was not even warm. Because of the condition of the inside we decided to eat outside, it also was filthy. The tables, umbrellas, counter, chairs were filthy. This place is a dump. Very disappointed. "On my way to San Francisco decided to try this Sonic was scared about the reviews I ordered a All-American dog mozzarella sticks tater tots and a Fritos burrito chili cheese burrito exactly and a limeade the limeade was out of the park very good hadincredible flavor the Fritos chili cheese burrito with a knockout also I asked for onions and they put onions in it it wasenjoyable little hot sauce in it made it Rock unfortunately the hot dog the mozzarella sticks and the tater tots though theywere fresh they were not quite cooked enough I could tell they were at least a minute or so needed more on the grill or fryer..might give him another chance but we'll see. Savannah the server was great very conscientious and made sure my order wascorrect."

"The staff was friendly and our food arrived quickly, but unfortunately the cheeseburger we ordered was the worst I've ever had from Sonic or any other restaurant. "I feel for the kids who are working at this location. Signs are posted about being short staffed and asking customers to be patient. These have been in place for about a year now and I 've got to say, its because of poor ownership/ management, all ofthe other surrounding fast food restaurants are performing just fine, same challenges related to employment. I went todayafter waiting for about a year to see if the service/ speed of food had recovered and it appears its even worse than before. Went to a stall and pressed the red button, took about 5 min or so before someone came over the speaker. While trying to givemy order, the young lady taking the order appeared to struggle either hearing me or knowing how to log an order into themachine. It was getting frustrating having to repeat myself over and over again. I spoke very loud and clearly but she continuedto struggle which makes me feel it was either a training or competency thing (no knock on the person). Once my order was taken@ 1:23 PM, I waited, and waited (being patient as asked) and at 1:47 PM I pressed the red button so i can find out why my foodhadnt been delivered. Again, no answer waiting... At 1:52 pm another person came with our food and are food ticket beingassigned for delivery at 1:50 pm (red button still had no response yet). We waited about half an hour for 2 burgers, drinks andfries. I am sorry, this isn 't acceptable from this type of establishment, its literally their job to be fast . I had timewhile waiting for my food to look at others reviews and the same issues, long waits, poor service... Some had responses toprovide feedback to the Franchise Owner. If this person isn 't looking at the reviews or the staff management isn 't making thisperson aware then shame on them. It appears to me the franchise owner doesn 't care about the customers or the staff. Glad I getto chose where I eat and I can honestly say, I will not be going back to this location again. "I recently had a meal at this restaurant that was prepared incorrectly. Unfortunately, the issue was never resolved because the manager I initially spoke with was no longer there and the new manager did not have the authority to fix the mistake. They mentioned that my online order through the Sonic app was not sufficient to make changes. I hope that these two employees can work together to improve their service in order to receive better reviews in the future. It is disappointing to see people working in the fast food industry who do not take pride in their work. I recommend that this manager find a role that better suits their skills if they do not value customer satisfaction."

"has not really tasted as if the sonic everyone is used to grow up. the food looked out and tasted as if it had been in a warmer hours after it should be sown, I got a number 11 meal that is chicken pliers that were pommes soggy. just reason why I don't complain is that we were at least 30 minutes in the line and I starved. a few days later I tried the double cheeseburger on the texas toast. that was nasty. if they have any kind of cheddar burger, they don't sit down and ketchup on it, they use grilled wobble. I can see why they lose money and lose business. server are nice, but it takes too long to get food that they may not eat in totalness they do not even serve banan columns more, so what is the purpose of a sonic now? I give them two stars to be open in the middle of the night and for large server. "

"I love Sonic Drive In. It is my favorite place to go for breakfast anytime of the day. My favorite thing to order is the breakfast burrito with jalapenos, hash browns, onions, eggs and cheese. They are so big I usually eat half of it at a time. Just the burrito is under $4.00 a very good price. From 2:00 4:00 is Happy Hours. You get drinks , any size for half price. All the foods they serve are good. The best onion rings I have ever had. It is a great place for a quick stop. Service is fast whether you pull in and order or go to the drive thru. The restroom is located on the side against the building, where you pull up to order. It is in front of the 2nd or 3rd parking space from the back. Very clean and convenient for everyone to use. The employees are wonderful, always a smile, clean and neat. Very nice and helpful to make sure you have what you ordered Have enough napkins and straws, condiment's sauce's, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper etc. The Sonic in Jasper, Alabama is the one I go to most. It is located on the left side of the of the 78 HWY to the left of Urgent Care, across from the Winn Dixie. There is a turn lane, so it is convenient to cross from the right lane going East. You can get the app to order ahead and get some special offers. Just give Sonic Drive In a try. I'm sure you will find something you'll go back for. I always give my servers a tip for the quality of the work they do. ?????"

"this sonic showed me what a sonic can be. our local sonics are nowhere near this quality. everything they did for us was great. my man has a bacon cheeseburger and it looked so delicious. we had riders and tattoos that were all perfectly cooked with a little crabs. our local sonic cannot be disturbed to cook the food long enough. we had fresh brows. I even thought the coffee they made me was delicious and I won't order a coffee from my local sonic. I was so happy we stopped here. everyone was so nice and the service was fast, even if they were packed with people."
