"The food was a bit overcooked. The tater tots were dry, and the onion rings as well. The cheddar poppers were just fine though because the cheese prevented them from drying out. The location is great and the staff was friendly. I think the cook just left them in a little too long. Also, this location doesn’t accept payment through the app. Parking: Parking is how you dine-in at all Sonic locations. "I absolutely have to write a review about this sonic. This is BY FAR the worst sonic I've been to. I keep going back because there's not many options for food here in Springtown but my final experience on 10/12/23 was my last. First, they NEVER give you condiments.... like.... ever unless it's during the morning shift. I typically order through the app and I specifically select the condiments that I want and they are never in the bag. This includes marinara for the cheesesticks and cheese for the pretzels (although, I did get cream cheese frosting with my pretzel once... seriously)... the condiment thing is like the very least of my problems with this place. My order is ALWAYS wrong. One time I ordered a kids meal and received TATER TOTS ONLY. No entree, no drink, no toy... just the tots. Still didn't even make me mad. I already know I have to check everything from this place. Another night, I ordered a BLT and received 3 pieces of toast with inedible burnt bacon and nothing else. I like my bacon a little burnt but this was not edible at all and there was no lettuce, tomato, or mayo. I threw it away and didn't even complain to them. So here's what pushed me to finally write a review. On the night of October 12th, I ordered a BLT again (I did not learn my lesson last time) It was pretty late and my infant was fussy in the back seat so I was in a rush to get home and didn't check my order before leaving. When I got home, I opened it up and the BLT had no bacon. None. So at this point I'm FED UP with this sonic so I drove back up there to complain. Do you want to know what I was told? THEY KNEW THEY DIDNT PUT BACON ON IT. THEY HAD RAN OUT OF BACON AND GAVE ME A FREAKING LETTUCE AND TOMATO SANDWICH ANYWAY. Instead of asking if I want something else or a refund they just sent me home with 2 pieces of bread, lettuce, and tomato and expected that to be perfectly acceptable. The girl apologized, took my receipt and promised she would refund my whole bill for the night. It's been 7 days and I've received no refund. Shocker. So, here I am, doing my part to warn people not to visit this sonic and if you do, you can certainly expect to be ripped off."

"I ordered a chicken fried steak burger. I guess it had mayonnaise on it. I suppose that's a normal thing you would think it would come with like gravy or something. Never had one till now. The picture seemed like it had hamburger buns but it came with the toast as buns. I've came here randomly and thought each time coming here I would have a different type of service or better service but most time the food is overcooked and it takes too long even for drinks. Though they may be understaffed, because it always gets bad reviews, for speed. But The time it takes for it to get to you shouldn't be an issue. As long as the food is good but the food has never been cooked right in my opinion. Since I was hungry I ate one of the burnt toast buns.. tried to steak, but apparently, I'm not starving. I think the servers/car hops should probably get paid more considering they have to apologize for something they didn't do. The time it takes to cook something past the cooking time is not their fault."

"Took a while for someone to respond when we pressed the button, but we eventually ordered. The good, my chicken was hot and crispy and tasted good. My husband thought his hotdog was good and the tater tots were crisp and tasty, but Luke warm. The bad, both our buns had spots that were almost rock hard. I peeled off the top of my brioche bun and much of the the edge of the bottom. Very disappointed in that! And, we ordered 2 diet cokes and both got Dr Pepper, which I don’t like. I took 2 sips and tossed it. Maybe the hamburger buns would be better, but ours were old and dried out. Might try the shakes sometime, but won’t be back for a meal."

"This restaurant is super fast with excellent service! They have vegetarian options, but I recommend going with the fries. The parking at this Sonic location is convenient and there is plenty of it. It is very kid-friendly, so bring the whole family! The service is top-notch, especially for take-out orders. This is a great spot for dinner, with prices ranging from $10–$20 per person. The food is delicious and I would rate it a 4 out of 5. The service and atmosphere both get a perfect 5 out of 5. Plus, there is free parking in a spacious parking lot."

"I went to Sonic Druve In at Miami Gardens, FL parked in stall #15, placed my order and paid for the same. After watching the screen which ?tracks the order? I was notified Sharee would be bringing the order. Twenty minutes passed by and I had no food nor any explanations. I pressed the order button and inquired why there hadn?t been anything brought out as yes and a no named, teenaged female voice instructed me to come through the drive through. Although I protested, I complied, having to wait an additional seven or more minutes before accessing the order speaker there, where I requested to speak with the manager. A lady emerged from behind the employee door wearing a bonnet, the Sonic polo and pants with slides on her feet. She greeted me professionally and asked what my issue was. When I began explaining my disappointment with the service and inquire as to why it was necessary for me to get in the drive thru line after having already been thru the ordering process as well ad payment, the lady who never gave her name, cut me off to tell me ?cause we ain?t got nobody?. When I expressed that it was rude for her to over talk me and cut me off without hearing my thoughts, she turned and walked away mumbling as she returned to the restaurant?s interior. At this point there remained three vehicles ahead of me in drive thru. When I arrived finally at the window, I expressed to the young man working the window that I wanted my money returned. The young man asked my name and when he had been given it, the window was closed abruptly. In approximately a minute or two thereafter the window opened to the unnamed bonnet wearing manager who was handing me a receipt for the refund while saying ? Here you go?. And the window closed abruptly a second time. After reviewing the receipt, I drove away, and I am now writing this narrative not more than ten minutes post to all that took place. I have to say I expected much better service than what was received. I doubt seriously that I will ever return to that location, and I question the judgment of corporate leadership that placed such unprofessional persons in charge of their brand."

"Teenage boy was the MOST disrespectful worker I’ve ever come in contact with. My mom and I came in to pick up an order on 11/21 around 12:50pm. Boy with brown hair, ear piercings and a tan skin comes out and hands us our order. My mom politely asks if she can get some extra condiments, he’s looking at her (clearly hears her) and he walks away in the middle of her talking to him. She said “excuse me” and he keeps walking. I had to go up to the door and ask the nice girl for sauce after the same boy ignored me 3 times while I stood there and he walked by. I’m not one to ever leave negative reviews but no one should be treated that way especially not an older woman. Definitely not someone I’d want on my staff."

"My husband loves Sonic, and this is the only location close by. But every time we go, it takes a very long time to receive our food. I would like to think because they are busy but the other morning it was myself and one other car. Frequently our order isn't 100% but I hate to complain so we just roll with it. "We order food at 830pm Sept 4th the food was terrible. Both burgers were very old and reheated. Both chicken sandwiches were very old and reheated dry chicken sandwiches with no mayonnaise. Fries were old. The rainbow slushy had no slushy ice and super sour I had to tossed it out. "I keep returning to this restaurant hoping to discover something on the menu that I enjoy, but I think it's time to accept that the food simply isn't very good. The tater tots, fries, burgers, hot dogs, and even the breakfast burritos are all just slightly below "okay." The ice cream is decent, but that's about it. It's worth noting that this isn't just a problem with this specific location; I find that Sonic as a whole tends to have underwhelming recipes. "I hate to do this because I am a very patient person but my order experience with this sonic was RIDICULOUS. I WAITED 1 HOUR AND 15 MINS to receive my order. Wanted to come here after a basketball game and drove into stall #12. Took about 12 minutes to getsomeone on the speaker. (I get it, they were busy) After the guy took my order I waited about 20 minutes and I saw the cars thatpulled up to the stalls after us leaving one by one. So, I pressed the button again to follow up with my order. The same guyanswered and asked what I ordered. While I was stating my order, the guy quickly said It should he on the way and hung upbefore I was able to finish the order. As a previous employee here, I wouldve checked if the order was inputted and if it wasnot, I wouldve taken the order again and apologized. Waited another 20 minutes, assuming that they received it. When I saw thedrive thru empty and a lot of the stalls were vacant, thats when I decided to go up to the front and talked to a worker. Theworker then told me that It was not ordered at all. She then told me to re order again and they will express the food out. Wentback to stall 12 and took about 10 minutes! 10 minutes to answer. On top of all the waiting, My order was also wrong but, Ialready wasted enough of my energy and time so I decided to leave. This place used to be a nice family drive-in with a drivethru, trying to stay away from being a fast food type restaurant. But let me tell yall, this aint even a fast food restaurantwith how long I had to wait. Lol Management, If you see this, Please do something because If this was someone else and not me,one of your workers will not have a pleasant rest of their day."

"I waited for over 25 minutes just to receive 2 drinks at this restaurant. When I finally had enough, I went to the counter to inquire about my order. The employee took their time coming over to ask for my name, while most of the staff in the kitchen seemed to be joking around and not taking their work seriously. Despite the long wait and lack of efficiency, my drinks were eventually brought out in less than 2 minutes. Overall, the staff seemed more focused on having a good time rather than attending to the needs of customers who were waiting patiently. "the Footlong Quarter Pound Coney is not that great imo. many regrets. the chili is good. I dont enjoy the dog or the buns? "I had a great experience at this restaurant. The person who took my order was extremely polite and attentive to detail, ensuring that my order was correct and delivered quickly. To my surprise, I later found out that the person who took my order was actually the manager! It was impressive to see a manager who actively helps her team succeed. The carhops were all fast, efficient, and had smiles on their faces. I would highly recommend trying the Quarter Pound Double Cheeseburger, Grilled Cheese, Hot Fudge Sundae, and Mozzarella Sticks. "This is the worst Sonic I've ever been to. Their drinks have had a strange taste for over a year now. The wait times have been excessively long for a while, which is why we stopped going. However, we decided to give it another try tonight and ended up waiting 25 minutes, even with just two other cars ahead of us. When they finally brought out our food, they read off the receipt but didn’t actually give us a copy, so we thought we had the right order. Once we got home, we realized that we received two incorrect items instead of the six we had ordered. To top it off, even the drink was wrong.
