"I absolutely have to write a review about this sonic. This is BY FAR the worst sonic I've been to. I keep going back because there's not many options for food here in Springtown but my final experience on 10/12/23 was my last. First, they NEVER give you condiments.... like.... ever unless it's during the morning shift. I typically order through the app and I specifically select the condiments that I want and they are never in the bag. This includes marinara for the cheesesticks and cheese for the pretzels (although, I did get cream cheese frosting with my pretzel once... seriously)... the condiment thing is like the very least of my problems with this place. My order is ALWAYS wrong. One time I ordered a kids meal and received TATER TOTS ONLY. No entree, no drink, no toy... just the tots. Still didn't even make me mad. I already know I have to check everything from this place. Another night, I ordered a BLT and received 3 pieces of toast with inedible burnt bacon and nothing else. I like my bacon a little burnt but this was not edible at all and there was no lettuce, tomato, or mayo. I threw it away and didn't even complain to them. So here's what pushed me to finally write a review. On the night of October 12th, I ordered a BLT again (I did not learn my lesson last time) It was pretty late and my infant was fussy in the back seat so I was in a rush to get home and didn't check my order before leaving. When I got home, I opened it up and the BLT had no bacon. None. So at this point I'm FED UP with this sonic so I drove back up there to complain. Do you want to know what I was told? THEY KNEW THEY DIDNT PUT BACON ON IT. THEY HAD RAN OUT OF BACON AND GAVE ME A FREAKING LETTUCE AND TOMATO SANDWICH ANYWAY. Instead of asking if I want something else or a refund they just sent me home with 2 pieces of bread, lettuce, and tomato and expected that to be perfectly acceptable. The girl apologized, took my receipt and promised she would refund my whole bill for the night. It's been 7 days and I've received no refund. Shocker. So, here I am, doing my part to warn people not to visit this sonic and if you do, you can certainly expect to be ripped off."

Going thru the drive thru was terrible I sat there to give my order over 5 minutes .no one in front of me I even honk my horn to get the girl at the window that was giving out a order but didn't even try to see me. I finally drove out of your lot. This is not the first time this has happened. Im not happy about your way of service. Amd I'm not sure if I will come back.

Once again I ordered food and sauces. I received 0 out of the 8 ranch packets. I ordered a 5 piece meal to avoid unwanted onion rings and was still given the combo with onion rings. 5 drinks were ordered with me by myself and I still had to ask for a drink holder, which happens every time. This Sonic is usually not great. You always get our order wrong and/or the food is cold or not good. Today I went through the drive thru and the girl named NICOLE was AMAZING! We had cried children in the car and we changed our drinks order a few different times! She was so nice and she even brought my sons chicken as soon as we got into the window because she heard that he was cursed on his back! And our food was right and hot!! So, DANKE NICOLE AT SONIC! I hope a manager reads this! If not, I will call and let them know how great you are!

Not sure why I am bothering to write a review since, judging by all the bad reviews, they clearly don't care. But hopefully it might spare someone else from wasting their money here. This Sonic has to be the worst Sonic location I've ever been to. I stopped going for a while but decided to give it another try. My mistake. The burgers were overcooked and hard on the edges. None of the customizations that we ordered in our mobile order were correct. The jalapenos that they charge an extra 89 cents for were completely missing. The pickle fries were a soggy clump of breading with a few pickle slices mixed in. The food is absolutely awful and they can't even get the order right. Don't waste your...
