"Stopped at this sonic after driving’s few hours order 2 regular coney combos 6.29 each it was sad enough speakers was so low I kept having to repeat my order when order came out my bill was $19.22 I asked why the car hop didn’t know so he goes back in and ask to find out they run every item up individuallyI sent him back and to make matters worse the manager was the cashier. If I hadn’t have bit that stale old chili dog I wouldn’t have paid 1cent. The young man was very apologetic and polite I tipped him still for walking back and forth but the manager on duty Austin I’m very disappointed never came out once. Terrible service and he should have been the one to fix the situation. Never again"

"My daughter and I visited Sonic around 1pm and they were packed. Every stall had a car parked at it and then there were maybe 5 stalls that had an “Out of Order” sign on it. We circled the restaurant twice and just as we gave up, we got lucky and somebody left. We placed our order (2 value meals and 2 sonic blasts) and to our surprise, it actually arrived pretty quickly. After we took one bite of the burger, it was pretty clear why it arrived so fast. The burger was cold and rubbery. I very, VERY rarely ever send food back- it has to be AWFUL for me to do so. I’m not going to spend $36 on something I can’t eat. We got 2 new burgers and drove off. Got halfway home when we took a bite out of the fresh burgers and they were so over salted that we couldn’t even eat those. This is the first time we’ve eaten at this particular Sonic location and that will be our last. Do better Sonic!"

"Went today for lunch with a friend. First time eating there. The customer service was subpar and the food awful. I has a footlong combo, the onion rings taste like chalk (breading) unable to eat. My friend had the sonic combo, the fries were hard possibly over cooked, was unable to eat the burger not warm. Customer service/waitress called( attitude displayed) once burger returned a little warmer but the meat had a smell. Unable to eat. Waste of time and money. Not a good experience for first time"

"I give 5 for the customer service and the way they treated the situation. welp first bad experience I had with a sonic in every state over 22 years was Sunday night. my order was cold and wrong. I'm not one to turn, $8. I called, didn't drive back at 10. they made it on Monday, I returned to eat, even offered me a limo to wait. "Today was 50 cent corn dogs at Sonic. We waited in the drive thu for 15 minutes just to place our order and we were only 2nd in line to order. After 10 minutes of waiting, the car in front of us got tired of waiting and left without ordering. After finally being able to place our order, we waited another 10 minutes to pay and get our corn dogs. After all that waiting we finally had our food and jumped on the interstate to head home. When my daughter pulled a corn dog out of the bag, we were so disappointed to see that every single corn dog (8 of them) were burned, busted open and very dry. We were so extremely disappointed! At this point we're already on the interstate and didn't have the time to drive to the next exit, go back, and wait who knows how long for them to resolve the issue. This was a complete waste of our time and very disappointing. I could've just gone to Kroger and picked up some frozen corn dogs myself and cooked them in the oven for the exact same price, less of a wait, and they wouldn't have been burned... The worse part about the whole visit is that Sonic's corndogs are all individually wrapped, so whoever packed our bag knew every single corndog was burned as they continued to wrap them! Just plain pathetic! Extremely disappointing!!!!!"

"Very awful experience!! Please do not visit this location. The drive through clerk, other members including the manager not professional. No concern to correct my order. Laughed the entire time when I said I will contact corporate because of their non professional ways they treated me. Sound like they were having a party in the back ground on the clock. "This isn’t the first or even second time I’ve been disappointed with my food, but with the price of food nowadays, I’m tired of paying for something I can’t eat. Ordered cheese fry’s, there was literally only 2 edible fry’s, the rest looked like what you’d leave behind in your fryer at home. Sure wouldn’t put it in front of a guest. This order wasn’t something that should have even gone out to a customer. Were paying full price, and should not get some rock hard, Grease filled See-through fry, When they melt the cheese on the top, they think it’s acceptable. I’m not sure what the issue is when it comes to sonic making fries, They need to stop sending out fry’s they wouldn’t eat, and cold fry’s, who wants cold fry’s. I get it sometimes things happen, But we pay way too Much for food, It’s not unreasonable to expect your cheese fry’s to come out at least warm, not the ones you made an hour ago, with all the nasty fry’s left over in the bin, you know you wouldn’t even eat., Pictures don’t show the hardness, or how some were even flat. This is what’s left after picking through for the decent ones, really unacceptable. The carhop was great! Just the ones back in the kitchen, not right now many times they’ve given out nasty food, I’m sure not gonna complain so they give me some spit on food and return. But this is getting ridiculous. It’s every single time. and then no one answers the phone, I’m not about to load kids up to go back."

"Terrible service and experience tonight. Sonic usually does really well as far as food, service at this location is ALWAYS super slow. But they give you a ton of coupons and like I said the foods pretty good. But tonight I WAS HANDED MY BAG OF FRIES AND CHICKEN soaking wet with the bottom falling out. I asked the lady what it was because it was so messy she said “oh it was the ice cream. I had to remake it.” WHATEVER THAT MEANS IN REGARDS TO MY BAG BEING SOAKED IN ICE CREAM WHILE BEING HANDED TO ME. then she hands me my two chocolate blizzards dripping down the sides and so full, it was almost like she put the lid on after and all the ice cream squished out the sides. At this point I’m covered in ice cream and she has the audacity to ask me if I needed her to run in to grab me napkins…lol. I’m annoyed at this point so I said ugh no. Then she finishes handing me my Dr Pepper and straw again soaked and tearing open covered in melted ice cream. Hahah then she finishes by handing me the giant melted sliding vanilla ice cream cone, for my 2 year old..WITH NO NAPKINS! HAHAHAH honestly ruined my night. But that’s just me being dramatic. LUCIA was the name on the ticket …if it matters."

"To top it off, they messed up my order—giving me a double burger instead of a single (which is quite hard to eat while driving) and loaded it with toppings I specifically didn’t want. I tried to ask for a manager, but they didn’t bring one out when I requested it. The manager never came to explain the delay or provide customers with an estimated wait time, nor did they assist anyone in getting out of the drive-thru line. It was absolutely absurd! When I explained to the staff why I was upset—having been stuck for 20 minutes with just one car ahead of me—the response was giving me an incorrect burger. It feels like if you voice your complaints about their poor service, you end up being ignored and potentially given something that doesn’t align with your dietary preferences or possible allergies. I’ll be sure to escalate this to corporate within the next few days."

"Great hot, fresh food with fast service. I went back today for lunch. Although they were busy, my order was taken quickly. I had the Double Meat Meal Cheeseburger and small fries, which were hot and freshly cooked. It was very good, and I’ll be returning soon—you should give it a try. Today, I also ordered a small Oreo Sonic Blast. It was delicious, though a bit pricey for the size. I visited again for a Sonic Cheeseburger Combo. It was very busy, and I had to wait about 20 minutes, but the food was hot and fresh when I received it. I’ll definitely come back, just not during lunch hours because it gets too crowded."
