"To top it off, they messed up my order—giving me a double burger instead of a single (which is quite hard to eat while driving) and loaded it with toppings I specifically didn’t want. I tried to ask for a manager, but they didn’t bring one out when I requested it. The manager never came to explain the delay or provide customers with an estimated wait time, nor did they assist anyone in getting out of the drive-thru line. It was absolutely absurd! When I explained to the staff why I was upset—having been stuck for 20 minutes with just one car ahead of me—the response was giving me an incorrect burger. It feels like if you voice your complaints about their poor service, you end up being ignored and potentially given something that doesn’t align with your dietary preferences or possible allergies. I’ll be sure to escalate this to corporate within the next few days."

"My wife and I love to have a Blast (her Reese peanut butter cup and I Snicker). First time we got our treat and left. We arrived at the park to consume our ice cream. My wife had a butterfinger blast and I had a cup of ice cream with a very small amount of snickers on top. Disappointed but thankful we had something sweet.Next time we wanted our favorite treat, we stoped at this sonic restaurant to order, received our treat and headed home. I dug into my blast and it was something that looked like snickers but tasted like a mixture of many different candies and my wife’s blast was a mixture of caramel and butterfinger candy. Today, we stopped to get our favorite dessert and to my disappointment my blast was a caramel sauce with something else and a small amount of snickers. I’m not one to complain much, but this is the last straw. How hard is it to read a screen and put these ingredients into the order? That is their only purpose! I won’t be back. I will go to Early from now on."

"The whole point of a drive-in is for a faster checkout. This is supposed to be a fast food joint. Well, it started ok enough. You drive into a spot, push the button, and order, and you pay right there on the spot too (for cards). Sounds convenient right? Well until you ended up waiting for an hour! They said they didn't get our order but my card was charged already. We could've just ordered at McDonalds or any other place really, and be in and out. So this was our first time trying Sonic, and this will be the last. Oh, and they ask for a tip too at the checkout process. I didn't put any and preferred to pay cash to the server. Maybe that was why? All the other fast food places don't ask you for a tip at the checkout! Needless to say, we won't be coming back! Oh and the food is not that good anyway."

"I gave Sonic a 5 star rating but THIS visit should have only been 3 1/2 stars. Got the chili cheese coney hot dog and somehow it just didn 't have the same flavor 'pop ' it normally does. "This was my first time to a Sonic. I was hoping it was as good as I heard. They did not disappoint! We parked in a stall, placed our order and paid outside. It was nice to be able to review a menu and not feel pressured to order immediately. The food was hot and tasty! The milkshakes were incredible! I live in Maine, and I would drive back just to get another peanut butter shake. As a sidenote, while heading back to Maine, my husband realized that he lost his wallet. We pulled over the New Hampshire, called Sonic, and they were wonderful! They pulled the trash from where we were and held onto it while we turned around and drove a half hour back. Found the wallet! Great customer service and thank you to the Manager, Kelly!"

"I came here to pick up a command for the door lock, and it said to go through the drive. I didn't know I was gonna wait 15 minutes and then if I tried to call, no answer. I understand it's busy and that it's going to keep a lot, but at least pick up the phone so I don't wait here to waste my time. stop acting like chipotle and just answer the phone for a 25-sec call. "I asked for a number 2 with Mayo no tomatoes no onions, tots and a Coke. Can I please have some ketchup. Got my food, tipped 2 dollars and left, got where I was going I was starving and ready for my burger, I opened the bag and no napkins, I said don't worry about it, let's eat. Opened the burger, lifted the top bun TOMATOES even when you take the TOMATOES off the juice and the seeds remain, it's OK I still have my tots, reached in the bag only to find 1 pack of ketchup, I eat 3 tots and no more ketchup I grabbed my drink to wash down 3 tots lunch and it was diet coke. Being able to read should be a requirement at Sonic in Bogalusa."

"Ordered on app. No food after 20 minutes. Was instructed through app to use Call Button. Pushed call button. Waited 10 minutes more and nothing. Finally I stopped a car hop, told her I what had happened (or not happened) and told her after 30 minutes, no food that I needed to leave. Asked her to cancel my order if it had even been received. She said Ok my debit card was billed $7.82 for nothing. Unimpressed. No faith in Sonic App or this specific Sonic. To many other choices. I'll bot with my wallet."

"Every chance I take on spending my money here I’m always disappointed. One of the worst places to order in forest hill. "Originally i.gave this place a 5 star review. Their service is fast and the food is hot. I go here about twice a week. However lately something is always wrong. Missing food mostly. Today took the cake though I was trying to place an order and the lady kept cutting me off and I kept trying to tell her what she was putting in for me wasn't what I wanted. "I have stopped at this place many paintings throughout the year and every time I have it, it seems to be getting bad. eating was always decent, but it didn't seem so good to taste. the personal seems to be small when the waiting times last very long, although only a few cars order and wait. the iconic car ride in the areas seemed to be broken more and more until the restaurant is almost completely only traversed. would be happy to repair this place and get more personal so that the workers are not overworked."

"This was our 4th and final trip. All 4 trips our food wasn't made right. The last trip my wife ordered a breakfast bacon egg and cheese on Texan toast. Not sure the exact name. Well it came as a hamburger patty, cheese, raw bacon, lettuce tomato, pickle and ketchup. Not one thing was right except the toast. I ordered the bacon on bacon burger ketchup only. The boy said he didn't know how to put it in as ketchup only but he would tell them verbally. Well that was wrong too. Lucky thing I checked because I can't eat mayonnaise. I get sick. This had a ton of mayo, lettuce, pickle. No ketchup, and that was the only thing I wanted on it. I took mine back because I checked it. We got all the way to North East and notice her sandwich was as described above. Usually they are nice, but that last 2x there the workers were sitting on the counters and doing nothing and the girl was rude. Two diff girls, two diff trips. No thank you, your welcome, welcome to sonic, nothing. Hey can I take your order? Ok pull up to the window. We are as polite as we can be. Stay far away after 5pm. Lazy and rude, and somehow can't get sandwiches correct."
