"Drive thru ok. Employees friendy. But communication from order to grill to delivery messed up. order incorrect. Specified HAMBURGER. No cheese. Lettuce, tomato mayo ONLY. GOT. Cheese-burger. Lettuce tomato mayo only. I Specifically ask at speaker. No cheese. Then at drive up window to confirm. No cheese. Got all the way home. Unwrapped it.. My burger has cheese on it. GRRRRR. They get it wrong most times. I cant consume cheese. I dont understand. Its not that difficult. Wasted money and time. My dog ate it cause I couldnt. So. My receipt says Fill out our survey. At the end of the online survey. Automated response was- They give me a voucher for a free “ CHEESE BURGER”. I give up. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10"

They used the perfect amount of lemons considering the size! I’m really pleased when they do that; it makes the sweet tea just right. This location was recently renovated and the staff is friendly. However, the restroom is kept locked, so I had to ask them to unlock it.

I came to this sonic to get a float which they do at every sonic location in most of nwa. I was rudely told no that, and they yelled at me over their speaker with no costumer service whatsoever that they won’t make it. They couldn’t even be kind enough to give me another suggestion. The service is consistently slow and not as polite as they could be. The food is consistently lukewarm, stale, and/or not fresh. The main redeeming quality is that it is open later than anything else in town. I hope they read this review and care enough to improve their quality. Either I don't get the right thing or I don't get what I've ordered at all. Within a week bought food to take home and first round my order wasn't in the bag with the rest of the food and 2nd time order an ultimate meat and cheese burrito and get home with a burrito with only egg cheese tator tots and jalapenos in it. Really don't feel as if a person should have to open up there meal in parking lot to make sure they got it or got what they even ordered. I tried the cheeseburger, fries, and a Dr Pepper, and every bite was delicious. The food deserves a perfect score for its taste and quality. The service was also commendable, slightly shy of a perfect score but still impressive. Overall, the atmosphere makes it a delightful spot, even for takeout. Definitely worth checking out!

I worked here back in the mid-2000s, during my senior year. I actually really loved the place, although I'm sure that the staff is completely different now. Always liked the location though in the middle of that sweeping curve. Anyway, I've been there a few times in the intervening years and the service has always been perfectly acceptable, and the food is just as greasy and amazing as any other Sonic Drive-In. Good times. Vegetarian options: They have solid, and certain locations have veggie burgers. That's about it.

"I planned a birthday dinner for my daughter's 15th birthday at this establishment. Called twice to make sure they could accommodate my party size and that the day and time were acceptable. (I called twice because I was told a manager would call, but they didn't so I called back 2 days later). I was assured that date and time were acceptable and that they wouldn't be able to sit all of us at the same table but they would have us in the same section of the restaurant. I was excited because it was going to be my first time at this establishment and I had heard great things. However, I received a phone call less than 48 hrs before my reservation time and was told by the assistant manager that they would not be able to guarantee that my party would be in the same section. So, I took the time to confirm the actual number of attendees (15 20 people) for the dinner and called back to inform them of this in hopes that they could work something out (due to this last minute notification) and was advised that my reservation had been canceled. I was also advised that if we decided to show up they would sit everyone, but we would run the risk of being spread out across the restaurant. I expressed my grievances about the last minute change and the fact that they were not willing to try to make any accommodations. As I stated, this was going to be my first time at Cajun Steamer and to have such a poor experience is extremely disheartening. I don't appreciate being treated as if we weren't going to be paying customers. The fact that my reservation was canceled without my consent and them not trying to provide a reasonable solution for the last minute change shows me that there is a lack of business acumen within their management team. I understand that they have a small space to work with, but their inability to accommodate my party should've been made known upfront not less than 48 hrs before my reservation. To lose a customer before they even have a chance to visit your establishment is truly sad indeed."
