"I really enjoy this restaurant and visit it often. Generally, everything is excellent, but I’ve noticed a recent issue with my orders. When I request extras or ask for lighter options, the staff doesn’t seem to pay attention. I either receive the wrong items or nothing at all. I don’t usually complain, but when I do, they often offer me a complimentary version of what I ordered. However, this is becoming a frequent occurrence. I wouldn’t mind if the extras were free, but I sometimes pay for items like cherries and only receive one, which is quite frustrating. Overall, the food is great, and I understand that everyone has off days or can feel overwhelmed. Still, I believe this is an area that could use some improvement. That said, it’s a wonderful place with genuinely nice people."
