"Terrible experience but it isn 't the staffs fault so much as it was the terrible app. We stopped off here to grab some food before headed to Splish Splash in Calverton. I used my app to get a #1 with the $1 large fries for my girl. She used her app to get the $5 nuggets to go with her fries.Simple enough, right?Tell me how we spent 30 minutes trying to get the app to work? I was able to place my order but we were having trouble with hers. We did inside pick up and the app wouldn 't allow us to check out and pay for the food. After finding out you need to be standing near the registers for the promo to work, it was finally allowing us to check out... only for it to say there was an error placing your order, please speak to a crew member . So we did. The crew members knew absolutely nothing and was no help at all. In a situation like this, the manager should step in and override the register to accommodate the promo you are having trouble redeeming. They did nothing except say that the app was a seperate entity and we would have to call the number for a resolution. Now, I 've called them before over a different issue and it 's literally the worst experience. They have no idea what you 're talking about and you get the run around until you just get annoyed and frustrated enough to just hang up. So, I didn 't even bother calling them this time although I should.My girl wound up getting a completely different meal from what she wanted and now we were stuck with an extra order of fries that I redeemed in my order. We had it all planned out, as you should when ordering from the app. You absolutely should be taking advantage of the offers and promos within the app but this time it did not go smoothly at all and nobody cared nor felt motivated to help. After we showed the cashier the problem we were having on the app, she kinda just shook her head and said damn that 's crazy and then proceeded to charge us full price for a meal my girlfriend pretty much didn 't even want. I said wow so you guys aren 't even going to try ro remedy the situation and still charge us full price for something we didn 't really want? Waste of 30 minutes, waste of extra money, waste of fries and to top it all off, the chicken sandwich my girlfriend got wasn 't even the one she wanted. She was disappointed about her food and I felt bad for her. Terrible experience. Mcdonalds has gotten to the point where they make so much money and have so many customers that they can do the absolute bare minimum and somehow thinks it 's acceptable."

"Lady could not comprehend my order so smother lady takes over and asks me to repeat my order....I start repeating and she cuts me off and rudely replies I already got that part like ok sorry.....? Then I get my hotcakes and my sausage is partially cold and I got NO SYRUP or butter. WHO EATS HOT CAKES WITHOUT SYRUP. Like you shouldn 't even work at McDonald 's if you can 't understand that, and her being rude made it 10x worse. I downloaded yelp just to give this place one star. They don 't even deserve that, and they forgot my fries"

"I don't complain very much in general, but today was a tough day. it was at 8 o'clock at night, I'm going to order a chicken sandwich with speck and cheese. When I came home, there was no hunch at all on my sandwich. I'm too respectful, I don't want to go back and do something that was probably a mistake, but I just want people to be aware. many orders at the lombard mcds had missing parts, were made wrong or were not overall according to standards. Hopefully they are able to fix their problems and produce better product again."

"I placed an order through the app for curbside pickup. After waiting 20 minutes with no food, I decided to go inside to check on my order. They apologized and handed me my food five minutes later. Once I got to my truck, I realized they had messed up my burger. I went back inside to let them know, and they said they would fix it right away. After another 15 minutes, I finally received the correct burger. They were nice about the situation and even refunded me for the burger, but I just can’t believe I had to wait over 30 minutes for fast food. It’s unacceptable in my opinion. Everyone can have an off day, but this was just excessive."

"I always hit the hwy 65 mcdonald's late at night coming back in to town. Always fresh , even hot. Be it quarter pounder s or nuggets! Tip it off with a choc shake this places shake machine is never down, lol, like their sister stores. Who wants to make a shake at 2am? Hwy 65 mickey d's that's who!!!!! Unlike at the Morgan exit! That's how they got my business, clean intelligent people who seem to love their job. That's a big plus Thank you hwy 65 Mc Donald's!"

"McDonald's is a great option for a quick meal, but I've had some issues with their drive-thru service. On my last visit, the microphone seemed to be malfunctioning, as the employee didn't quite catch my order. This was the second time I’ve ended up with an extra item in my bag, and I was also charged for it. During my first visit, there was a mix-up with my order too; I had ordered two Sausage McGriddles but only received one, and the other was a chicken patty McGriddle, which was unusual since I always order the same items. It’s surprising how these mistakes happen."

"When the white car ahead of us finally left, it was our turn. I've seldom experienced such poor service. The man at the window seemed confused and asked, "Sir, what did you tell him?" referring to the order. Then he went back to the screen. We could see my son's Happy Meal was handed to us, but they had trouble folding the box. They returned to the screen, then came back to ask what we ordered again. My husband repeated it, but then they mistakenly said we had ordered two frappes instead of one and asked if caramel would be okay since they were out of mocha. Eventually, they handed us the McDouble and fries. We inquired about the McFlurry; could we change it to something else instead? An employee named the manager, checked the screen, and claimed we hadn’t paid. She communicated with the man at the first window, and after a moment, he opened the window and quoted us a total of $14.26. My husband pointed out that we had already paid him. He said we could show him the receipt. The man fumbled around and said he wasn't sure if he had given one, but my husband insisted he had already paid with his card. Frustrated, I told them to just give us our money back since they clearly didn’t know what we ordered after asking multiple times. The man replied, "Ma'am, I don't need the attitude!" (Seriously?!). The lady stepped in to ask what the issue was, and when my husband explained, she told him to provide the receipt. In the end, I demanded my money back and said we’d keep the food. We left, and my husband suggested I call to complain. Later, I checked my phone records for the debit transactions and to my shock, I found a charge from McDonald's for $36.07! I found the receipt on the truck dashboard and realized we had likely been overcharged for the car ahead of us. I'm just appalled. Not only were we treated like thieves, but we also ended up paying three times the amount for our meal!"
"4 days prior McDonalds forgot to put all of my order in my bag. Upon arriving home, I called and spoke with a manager that stated she knew all the items was not in the bag, took my name, said she would put my name on the wall for pick up. I went today to pick up and the male manager with dreads was very aggressive, rude, and condescending when I asked for my items and stated my name was on the board. Very unprofessional!!!! Nothing has really changed. This place needs new management!"

"I had the worst experience at Sonic ever. Normally, it's pretty good, but this time the food took a whopping 22 minutes to arrive. The carhop seemed frustrated because they were having issues with their card readers, and since I didn't have cash, it made things more complicated. To top it off, the tater tots were stale, the Coney bun was also stale, and the hot dog was dry and tough. This location used to be my favorite, but it's certainly no longer the case.
