"McDonald's is a great option for a quick meal, but I've had some issues with their drive-thru service. On my last visit, the microphone seemed to be malfunctioning, as the employee didn't quite catch my order. This was the second time I’ve ended up with an extra item in my bag, and I was also charged for it. During my first visit, there was a mix-up with my order too; I had ordered two Sausage McGriddles but only received one, and the other was a chicken patty McGriddle, which was unusual since I always order the same items. It’s surprising how these mistakes happen."

Poor customer service, gave my son like, 6 fries in his happy meal, staff was rude. They forgot his drink with his happy meal, my son was very mad. Cashier rolled her eyes when she took our order when I went back to order something I forgot. Not ever eating here again, would rather wait and drive/walk to the McDonald's across the street.

Wont be going to there again...staff has time and again not gotten the order right, snobby and front staff older ladies talking in foreign language....felt like I was at a nail salon where they smile to your face but their smile doesnt reach their eyes. This time it was just a happy meal with apple slices...simple but nope got it wrong again.

mcdonald’s is always good for a fast bite. her laufwerk thru microphone or employee doesn't listen well. 2 extras in bag also loaded for this product. for the first time they mix with my order. 2 sausage mcgriddles ordered and received 1, and the other was a chicken-patty mcgriddle. always order 2 of the same article. strange how it was mixed. The food was quite disappointing. I ordered two McDoubles, and they tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. I also can't fathom why it took so long for such a simple order. I waited 15 minutes for someone to put some old burgers in a bag and hand them to me. To avoid potential food poisoning, I recommend heading to the McDonald's across the street instead.

They also forgot his drink, which left him very upset. To make matters worse, the cashier rolled her eyes when I returned to place an order for something I had forgotten. Lackluster service. Quarter pounder was constructed sloppily. Top bread off to the side. Lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard and mayo were just scattered around the box for the burger. It's like they were trying to present me a deconstructed burger!?! Also ordered a mcchicken. Received 2 fish filled patties with nothing else. Like how tf you mess that up. So disappointed. Will be going to another McDonald's thats 2 miles further. Sorry not sorry
