"I placed an order through the app for curbside pickup. After waiting 20 minutes with no food, I decided to go inside to check on my order. They apologized and handed me my food five minutes later. Once I got to my truck, I realized they had messed up my burger. I went back inside to let them know, and they said they would fix it right away. After another 15 minutes, I finally received the correct burger. They were nice about the situation and even refunded me for the burger, but I just can’t believe I had to wait over 30 minutes for fast food. It’s unacceptable in my opinion. Everyone can have an off day, but this was just excessive."

This has to be the cleanest, most beautiful, and friendliest McDonald's I've ever visited! I was truly impressed by the politeness and approachability of the staff. Great job! This location sets a standard that all restaurants—and really any business—should aspire to.

This is truly the only McDonald's I've ever visited. Every time I come here, my food is always fresh. If there are any issues—though those are rare and usually occur when they're busy—they resolve them immediately. The employees on the day shift are fantastic! Having worked as a manager at McDonald's in the past, I appreciate and thank them for their excellent service!
