"4 days prior McDonalds forgot to put all of my order in my bag. Upon arriving home, I called and spoke with a manager that stated she knew all the items was not in the bag, took my name, said she would put my name on the wall for pick up. I went today to pick up and the male manager with dreads was very aggressive, rude, and condescending when I asked for my items and stated my name was on the board. Very unprofessional!!!! Nothing has really changed. This place needs new management!"

Fasr service and Pommes were hot and the young lady who worked the drive thru was very nice that the money taken overall was a good experience.

The drive-thru staff member at window 2 (the food and drink pickup) took a moment to chat with her family or friends, which held up the line for a bit. However, when I finally reached the window, she greeted me with a friendly smile. I only ordered a cup of tea, but it was quite satisfying.

I don't ever leave reviews but this place is ridiculous. I haven't been to this location in well over a year and they have not improved a single bit. The place was dirty. Soda cups, ice, water, cup covers, napkins were laying all over the place. And I don't need to be treated differently than anybody else just because of the color of my skin. I was hoping this place has changed over time but obviously not. I will drive to Rock Hill before I come back to this dump.
