"rustica is one of these fine restaurants that you want to go back and forth to make sure that they are all on the menu at least once, if not repeated. it is a family restaurant that has warm ambiente and always welcomes whether it is a first visit or the hundredth. I have been there for almost years, and I was rarely disappointed with their food or service and will continue to visit it either as a couple or as guests it is worth visiting."

"This restaurant is definitely one of the worst places I have ever been to. The food was good, but the service was so terrible that I will not be returning. The waitress was cold, unfriendly, and incompetent. It took her at least 20 minutes to bring me my glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, causing me to miss out on enjoying it with the charcuterie board I had ordered. Strike one. To make matters worse, she served me my filet mignon cold. I have never in my life been served an entree cold before. Strike two. It took her at least 30 minutes to bring out the entree, neglecting my table while attending to others. Forgetting the wine is one thing, but forgetting the entree as well is just unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant."

"The food I took home tonight was excellent! I've used this takeout before and had to wait 30 to 40 minutes, often being served by young staff. However, I was encouraged to try it again under new management, and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious with generous portions. I highly recommend giving it a try—don't just take all the reviews at face value!"

"Get to Bill's. Order the Broke Millennial on the specials menu, do not delay. It is THE BEST breakfast sandwich I've ever had! I won't order a breakfast sandwich with bacon anywhere else it's flawless every time. I live local and every sleepover house guest I've had has enjoyed these sandwiches as take out and they hold up on the drive home too. Other faves are the GOAT (also a special) and MET on the main menu can't go wrong at Bill's"

"We visited Frix’s on Tuesday, right before dinner began for the evening. What an awesome gem! The restaurant itself felt upscale and clean, and the entrees we ordered were delicious. We’ve had a hard time finding a steakhouse with actual steak on the children’s menu, so this was a real treat for our daughter. Our first waitress had short brown hair and she didn’t really do a great job at checking on us. We sat without a drink refill for about 30 minutes until a new blonde waitress took over, and promptly took care of us. She was great. The creme brûlée I’d ordered for dessert didn’t have that iconic hard torched top so that was disappointing, but overall the food was excellent. After we paid our bill, I noticed that the first waitress charged us for a Michelob Ultra even though we didn’t order any alcohol. I don’t usually check the itemized receipt but I was curious about how much the desserts were since it was a verbal menu. We didn’t bother going through a refund process because we didn’t want to risk having $300 pending for several days until everything cleared correctly, versus the $150 that our check totaled with the error."

"Honestly don’t get all the hype around this place. Wasn’t that impressed. Brought our own wine, $50 corkage fee, didn’t offer to decant it despite it being a 7 year bottle. Found it a little funny that they call themselves “traditional” Italian and don’t offer olive oil with the bread, only butter. (Cultured but nothing special) Only one slice per person or they charge you extra. Very small menu and they have two eggplant appetizers. We were given the wrong one. Was bland either way. Also ordered the Bucatini Cacio to share was OK. Again pretty bland, and not nearly enough black pepper. Bucatini itself had good texture and definitely seemed made in house and fresh though. Mains were Conchiglie and the half chicken. Pesto flavor was underwhelming. Chicken dish was tasty however, the lemon and caper sauce was great. Our server was friendly and experienced, though not the most attentive. Filled our own wine glasses a couple times. Atmosphere was pleasant enough. Really wasn’t that busy for a Friday night despite the limited reservation availability earlier in the week. Came in with high expectations being a Michelin restaurant. Both myself and partner agreed that it didn’t meet them. Would give it another try however maybe give the tasting menu a chance when it’s available?"

"Next, we ordered the steak pie, served with mash, carrots, and peas. The steak was incredibly tender, complemented by a rich and savory gravy. The puff pastry was placed on top, and while it would have been nice baked in a crust, that’s just a minor detail. The carrots were fresh, sliced perfectly, and bursting with flavor. We also tried the mince and tatties, accompanied by skirlie, which is an oat-based side dish. The sauce for the mince had a subtle sweetness, and the skirlie was unique and delightful, unlike anything we had experienced before. For dessert, we couldn’t resist the sticky toffee pudding, a dish we had always wanted to try. The sponge cake was soaked in treacle, and the toffee sauce had a lovely finish with hints of brown butter. We also had the bread pudding, which was special with the addition of apricots and cranberries, alongside the usual raisins. There’s a great selection of interesting beers on tap. We enjoyed the Downeast Cider and Old Engine Oil, both of which were delicious. The service was prompt and friendly, and the gentleman behind the bar, possibly the owner, was from Scotland, which made for an enjoyable experience listening to his accent. The atmosphere was cozy, with about 12-15 tables and additional seating at the bar. I can imagine it gets quite busy on evenings and weekends. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot, and we will definitely return."

"There's a reason why this place has 4 1/2 stars after 180+ reviews, they can do no wrong. My grandfather brought my cousin and me here one day after a ski trip to Okemo and always had it in the back of my mind to come back here. Stopped in this weekend after skiing some fresh snow at Magic Mountain as it right along the way home. Already knew I was going to be eating some delicious food but didn't want to double dip and order the same thing. Well, I ordered the potato wedges which my cousin ordered last time which came out hot! Such a tasty bite as I remember them to be. After I had gotten through 1/2 of them I decided to order the Steak Pie which by the looks of all the other yelpers was going to be a great choice. No more than five minutes later as I was wrapping up my appetizer it was sitting in front of me. Dug into the vegetables first and they stood out as the first thing I should take a bite of, and they were on point. Nice buttery flavor and cooked just right. The beef was falling apart as I was sticking my for into it. So good! Wish there was more!! Potatoes were equally delicious as I used them to try and soak up all of the gravy, which I couldn't get enough of. So much flavor! The pastry puff I could have done without, give me some butter to slap on it and now we are talking. Ordered the Sticky Toffee Pudding by recommendation of my server and was very happy with her pick. So. Damn. Good! Meal was $33 with a water, cannot beat the price for what you are putting in your body. During all of this they had the rugby game on between France and Scotland. Wish rugby was televised more here in the US, more enjoyable to watch than the NFL. Yelp would like me to talk about the ambiance so here it is. Place has lots of cultural items all around. Always something to look at and maybe educate yourself on. All in all if you are a skier and need a place to stop on the way home to fuel you up this is the place to come to. Maybe the same mindset if you are a hiker in the warmer months."

"The Greek Gyro bowl was sizable and packed with generous portions of lamb and other essential ingredients—despite contemplating taking some home, I ended up finishing the entire bowl because it was simply that delicious! One of my friends showed restraint with the Baked Greek Spaghetti, leaving him quite a bit to take home of this remarkably tasty dish. My other friend thoroughly enjoyed the Santorini platter, which also boasted authentic flavors and generous serving sizes. I opted out of dessert that day, but Bell Greek features a wide array of homemade Greek pastries. Those delightful pastries lingered in my thoughts, prompting me to return a few days later to grab some, and I’m so glad I did! They were delicious and well worth the extra calories. It's worth mentioning that Bell Greek imposes a 4% surcharge for card payments, so it’s advisable to bring cash to enjoy your meal. During both of my visits, the restaurant wasn’t very busy."

"I just left this restaurant, and I didn't find it to be very warm or inviting. The atmosphere felt quite empty. A young woman brought the menu, but I already knew what I wanted, so I ordered right away to save her the trouble of coming back. The food was tasty and served warm, which was a plus. However, after that, I didn't receive any follow-up at my table. No one checked in to see if I needed anything, and as I ate, my glass went unrefilled until I finished my meal. Only then did the server come over when I asked for a drink refill. When the check was brought to me, it was presented in a rather awkward manner, with the person bending over and reaching across the table. It didn’t feel very friendly. I'm not upset about my experience, but I’m certainly relieved that there are plenty of other dining options available."

"Count your falafels when you order take out. I was shorted one and shorted pita. By the time I came home the hummus was like liquid. On hot days, putting hot falafel on cold hummus and salads just ruined everything. There goes that small fortune. Thank you for the fast response. I was speaking to a friend and she told me that take out is always less a falafel. I was not shorted a wedge of pita but all the pita. I did not notice that or the melted food until it was brought home. Frankly I don’t find the owner approachable. I will cut my losses."

"It was pouring down rain and we had some time to spare after visiting the Pierre Menard home before checking into our B B in PdR so we decided to get drinks a snack. GPS told us where to turn but there was a big truck coming the road didn't look like where we should be so we missed it were rerouted around the block. It was just after lunchtime on a Friday there were 2 tables finishing up but otherwise empty. I was surprised to find only the corner table had a view. It hadn't been cleaned the receipt was still on it but we sat down. The bartender came over right away to clean it. Menus but no drink menu. I ordered an Octoberfest my husband asked for Buffalo Trace but they were out. Bartender offered to get him some Jefferson from upstairs. Ok so we ordered boneless chicken wings too. Wait, there's an upstairs? Is that where the great views are? Did we miss that because we came in the back way? I went to the bathroom, didn't see any stairs anywhere. Drinks arrived quickly but the wings took forever. Nobody else in the room where we were or at the bar. Is there an upstairs full of people ordering food? Idk When the wings finally arrived they were hot but barely sauced in Asian bbq so pretty dry. One star minus for no napkins with the drinks, barely any soap the first time I used the bathroom none the second time, dry wings. And if there is an upstairs they need better signage. Not a bad place for a small town they do sell their beer glasses embossed with their name. We bought 2. We'd give it another chance."

"A book cannot be judged by its cover. This exquisite restaurant is of the beaten path and the exterior borders on the neglected and run down. However, the moment you walk inside you are transported to Lil' Italy. The server (Cindy) was warm and welcoming in her greeting. She maintained that sweet Southern charm throughout our meal. The menu was varied with some classic dishes and a few traditional dishes that you would only find in an Italian's personal kitchen. The food once delivered was piping hot, and very delicious. The special that evening was their 7 Layer Lasagna, which was what my dinner guest had, and he thoroughly enjoyed. My dish was the Arrabiatta w/ chicken, over a bed of spaghetti, made to a spiciness of my choosing. Followed by an excellent dessert of Tiramissu. After our meal, we were greeted by the chef, Vinny, who was very cordial and of course very interested in our dining experience. His passion for his menu and the food he serves is quite evident. He made us feel special by coming out to speak with us. He cares for his guests, as though they were dining in his personal home. This is a lost jewel waiting to be discovered by those who are willing to take an adventure into Chester County on the northern outskirts of the town of Chester. With much gratitude, Steven T."

"Owner is rude, unprofessional, and should not be able to work in customer service. Went to see fathers band play on a Friday night, which they have done for over a year now. Reservations were made for 12 on the hottest night during the heat wave. They decided to let band know they were playing outside in their backyard which was unkept to say the least. It was 95 with 90% humidity. They set up tables that were opened and set for service. My family reserved a table for 12 inside like we always do. But! outside we were told in the sun only 9 people could sit on top of each other in the sun at reserved seat for 12. Not enough room. The Average age of the guests were 70 years old! But there were about 5 other open tables the open tables were. Open! No reserve signs. No hostess. My family sat at one of the tables next to my family and more family friends came and sat at the other open table. The owner Aaron I believe is his name came out and told three 80 year old ladies who drove 50 miles and get dinner and drinks were told to go sit in a dirty table shoved off to the side in the sun because these tables were reserved! As well as the one my family was at after I had purchased drinks. I, being a food director for 25 years said to him. You know you should put reserve signs on the table if they are reserved. His response to me was. I can do anything I want to. I said well we are all here purchasing food and drink from your restaurant and treating customers like that is very unprofessional. I said that’s just wrong making us move to a dirty table in the sun. He got in my face and said “who do you think you are lady??” I stood up and said I am a paying customer who is bringing money to your hurting business. I said I’m trying to give you some advice on how to be professional! He told me to get out of there. He was kicking us out. He will never ever have my family and fathers band there again! As we were walking out there were 10 open tables inside and zero customers waiting for a table! The place was close to empty. Appalling! This place should thank us for bringing any money to a place that serves cafeteria style food at best for $22 a plate for over cooked pork loin and canned gravy. The winter months we were literally the only customers and he was sketchy those times but we ignored his bad day. But it’s who he is. Thank you common. We went to comfort kitchen in Huntington about 4 miles before this hole and the food, service, and drinks were all awesome!"

"We were excited to try Otto during our anniversary trip to Chester. We stayed at a lovely Airbnb right in the heart of downtown, and Otto was conveniently located just down the street. We ordered a large paprika pizza, and they told us it would be ready in just 10 minutes. Impressive speed! We walked around a bit and returned a little early, but to our surprise, the pizza was already ready. We took it home, but when we tried to eat it, it was lukewarm and needed heating up—had it been sitting out for a while? It was a rainy Tuesday around 5:15 PM. The pizza tasted good, but we found it to be nothing extraordinary, which left us puzzled by the rave reviews. The next morning, we definitely felt the aftereffects, as our digestive systems were not pleased. Unfortunately, we won't be returning."

"Thank you Yelp! Once again we had a very delicious meal. I had the special: Cod Fillet (Yuengling batter-fried), mac cheese and coleslaw. The fish was perfect. Soooo big, I could only eat half. Good thing we went for lunch. Tarter sauce and cocktail sauce yummy! Mac cheese one of the best I have had. Coleslaw, a little different, sort of on the german-style which I love. It was the special for $9.99. Incredible. My husband had the meatball sandwich. He doesn 't usually say much, but without being asked, he said, This is delicious! They were very busy. The waitress (Beth) kept apologizing. We didn 't wait long at all. Service was incredible! Everyone was helping everyone else. A very cozy"

"Had a strange experience at Thai Kitchen, something I never expected. Right inside the door to this place, there was a bare fish tank no rocks, plants or other stuff, except for a single, lone fish. It was one of those fish with the bulbous heads, about 4 5 inches long. Decent size. I wound up playing with this fish before we got seated. As soon as I walked up to the tank, he noticed me and swam over to me. I put my finger on the tank and moved it along the tank, and the fish followed it. I went back and forth, running my finger along the tank, and the fish followed it non stop. I was amazed!! Never played with a fish before. Well, unfortunately, we got seated and our game had to end. From my seat, I could see the tank and the fish. And i swear to God, I could just tell that the fish was lonely. He literally just sat there in the water, barely swimming, just hovering. Anyone with an ounce of empathy could tell it was sad by just looking at it. Well, I couldn't stop looking at the fish, and then I started to get sad. So we had to leave. It just ruined my mood. On the way out, I inquired about the fish and found out that it's been in that tank for 4 years!! No other fish, rocks or do dads, just an empty tank of water. I didn't eat Thai food, but I learned something about myself, and I made a new friend."

"Impressive food quality and quantity! After living in Texas for 8 years with native family there too, I'm quite particular about Mexican food, especially since most of it in other restaurants is just copy/paste. Not this place. Food took the proper time to prep and deliver to the table (not too long though, because it wasn't just plopped on a plate). Everything was fresh, hot, tasty and well-presented. Excellent, hot and crispy chips. I felt like a Viking with the 26oz draft Dos Equis XX in a frosted mug but the margaritas kicked Azul too!! ????????"
