"Went based on a recommendation from a local (we are in town for the weekend). If in the area definitely eat here. The staff was extremely friendly, beer was ice cold (three choices on draft but that one), and the food, OMG, everything was great. The wings were huge and served over fresh cut fries. We went with garlic parmesan,yum. I had the pot roast French onion open faced sandwich with fries and everything smothered in gravy. My husband had the purgh sliders. He finished off with a slice of apple pie that was amazing. They even had a great band playing while we dined."

I had dinner there the other night after visiting a funeral home just a block or two away. I'm really into Philly cheesesteaks, so I decided to try theirs, and I have to say, it was fabulous! It ranks among the best I've ever had, and the fries were excellent too. Plus, the prices were very reasonable! Great job, Hot Shots!

I can't provide a review of the food because my wife and I visited the restaurant at 7:30 pm on a Wednesday, and the bartender asked to see my ID. I'm 52 years old, and I've never been asked for my ID just to eat at a place before! I can understand if I looked closer to 20, but there's no amount of makeup that could make me appear underage! Maybe I have a permanent Snapchat filter? Lol!
