"When the white car ahead of us finally left, it was our turn. I've seldom experienced such poor service. The man at the window seemed confused and asked, "Sir, what did you tell him?" referring to the order. Then he went back to the screen. We could see my son's Happy Meal was handed to us, but they had trouble folding the box. They returned to the screen, then came back to ask what we ordered again. My husband repeated it, but then they mistakenly said we had ordered two frappes instead of one and asked if caramel would be okay since they were out of mocha. Eventually, they handed us the McDouble and fries. We inquired about the McFlurry; could we change it to something else instead? An employee named the manager, checked the screen, and claimed we hadn’t paid. She communicated with the man at the first window, and after a moment, he opened the window and quoted us a total of $14.26. My husband pointed out that we had already paid him. He said we could show him the receipt. The man fumbled around and said he wasn't sure if he had given one, but my husband insisted he had already paid with his card. Frustrated, I told them to just give us our money back since they clearly didn’t know what we ordered after asking multiple times. The man replied, "Ma'am, I don't need the attitude!" (Seriously?!). The lady stepped in to ask what the issue was, and when my husband explained, she told him to provide the receipt. In the end, I demanded my money back and said we’d keep the food. We left, and my husband suggested I call to complain. Later, I checked my phone records for the debit transactions and to my shock, I found a charge from McDonald's for $36.07! I found the receipt on the truck dashboard and realized we had likely been overcharged for the car ahead of us. I'm just appalled. Not only were we treated like thieves, but we also ended up paying three times the amount for our meal!"

This is the best McDonald's in the area. The service is excellent, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is consistently accurate!

It is convenient but more often than not the food does not meet the brand standard and service varies greatly with it lacking majority of the time.

Tomorrow is the ideal time to grab food from this place because their service is quick and they consistently get my order right. However, on weekends, the experience can be a bit rushed. It often seems like they throw things together haphazardly, rather than carefully following the order. I've noticed this happen several times. View menu

With all the power outages, this place was BUSY, to say the least. I waited 30 minutes for my food.. They handled it the best they could. However, they messed up nearly every order, which caused wait times to be even longer. My only suggestion would be, slower is faster. Take your time, get orders right and you'll be fine. Again, they handled it well, just a small suggestion.

This location I would describe as bootlegged . I read on the receipt that it is privately owned or something like that, yet they give you the information to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey. Every time I complete one and try to redeem it for afree item, I am told that they can 't find my code number for completing it on MCDONALD 'S website. Seems to be a counterfeit location. Location is the only reason I visit near work and Credit Union.

I can't believe that you don't speak English yet still got upset because you messed up my order. I clearly requested a hot McCafe item, and the young male cashier confirmed my order three times before passing it on to the older male employee. However, the older worker got it wrong. When I asked about it, he admitted that he had heard the younger cashier state the correct order but decided to make it his way instead. I don’t like to argue with people who have communication difficulties, so I just accepted what was made and went on to my class. View menu

I've been wanting to write this review for a while, and today I had to go back through the line yet again for something I paid for. I've never received everything I ordered from this location. It's the closest McDonald's to me, so I come here fairly often unless I want to drive far for a squashed burger. The staff always seem to have an attitude and often struggle to fulfill an order. To make matters worse, they somehow managed to overcook my chicken while still serving it cold and mushy. Even by McDonald's standards, this place is disappointing.

I came here to apologize : this is the b that needed nuggets/tenders this morning. The signage made things very difficult. There is a sign posted stating the lunch items that are also served morning, noon, and night. I was told to come back at 10:30. This was breakfast time. 8:30am. I want to apologize to the manager who I spoke with. I know we were all stressed this morning. She told me because of the pandemic they aren?t running those specials rn.
