"This location took our order, when we were ready to pay nothing came on the screen. They refused to answer our call button, multiple times, to let us know how to handle payment. When my wife got out of the vehicle and went to the door to ask, she wasnoticed but ignored. We definitely understand the meaning of being and feeling less white . We will avoid this location in thefuture, sorry for our patronage. Also based on the response below, why is The Sonic Corporate Office asking me if I want to ESCALATE the situation?!!! Read it! They actually said ESCALATE !!! Shouldn 't it say resolve, make a compromise, or somethingalong those lines?!!! I find Sonic 's response disturbing."

I ordered the Bacon burger on toast. It would've been good but it was a little cold and the bread was not fresh. The strawberry shake was really good though. I got home and popped the burger in the microwave and it improves immensely.

Horrible service, food was cold, waited 18 minutes (99% of it at the window) in the drive thru for a cherry limeade, grilled cheese and mot sticks. I used to work here and can't believe how much of a dump it has become. Don't bother stopping by, go somewhere else, anywhere else is better than this.

Staff is kinda rude and they always keep my change. Like they literally tip themselves.. I'm a very good tipper but if you are going to take it apon yrself to give yrself a tip it's just absurd.. it's really disappointing because I love sonic and food is always great. Please practice great customer service.. Love your Job or find somewhere else to work.

One of the restaurants I usually enjoy let me down this time. Despite being the only customer in the parking area and with just two cars in the drive-through, it took them 10 minutes to serve me, leaving me uncertain if they were understaffed or facing another issue. Unfortunately, the tots I ordered weren't fresh at all. To give them another chance, I'll visit again to determine if this was just an isolated incident. View menu

I brought my kids to this restaurant and they served them a "grilled cheese" that was unacceptable. It may only be $2, but the fact that the restaurant thinks it's acceptable to serve such low quality food to the public is concerning. We will not be eating here again. Additionally, the workers seem lazy at night as they always claim the ice cream machine is broken. This excuse seems suspicious since it only happens at night and the machine works fine the next day.

Long waits, ALWAYS short staffed many times there's ONLY 1 individual available to service multiple customers which causes extended waiting. Many times I've had to contact customer service provided for the Sonic app due to my order being incorrect, or service offered on app not being honored by the restaurant. There are great employees there but my favorite is Patrice! She deserves 100 raises! She's the very best there when it comes to customer service, polite demeanor, punctual service, had NEVER gotten my order wrong! She'll even have each every sauce requested!

I have visited this restaurant several times in the past few weeks. Each time, they have been out of sweet cream for the sodas and have added too much syrup even when I request it light. Currently, I have been waiting over 30 minutes for an online order that I placed before the drive-thru became busy. I had to flag down an employee before they even acknowledged my order. I only ordered two sodas and some French toast sticks. I understand that it got busy, but they should at least inform me that there will be a longer wait. They only just brought out my French toast sticks and they are barely warm. I have not even received my drinks yet. View menu

Took a while for someone to respond when we pressed the button, but we eventually ordered. The good, my chicken was hot and crispy and tasted good. My husband thought his hotdog was good and the tater tots were crisp and tasty, but Luke warm. The bad, both our buns had spots that were almost rock hard. I peeled off the top of my brioche bun and much of the the edge of the bottom. Very disappointed in that! And, we ordered 2 diet cokes and both got Dr Pepper, which I don’t like. I took 2 sips and tossed it. Maybe the hamburger buns would be better, but ours were old and dried out. Might try the shakes sometime, but won’t be back for a meal.

Other Sonic 's might be alright but this location is poorly run. Food was burnt beyond being edible. If you complain, they remember you and mess up future orders intentionally. Then the boy(whom I have tipped every time) that brings your food outknows your order is wrong and stands there like a guilty child, daring you to complain so they can feel justified in ruining itfurther. The juveniles in this establishment find this hilariously funny. However my kids all had 'tummy troubles ' immediatelyafter eating and intentionally hurting people for spite is a dangerous game to play. I will NEVER go back. This location needsan entire new crew and leader.
