"I visited this restaurant to pick up a DoorDash order, but I mispronounced the name of the person I was collecting for. This seemed to lead everyone there to think I was being racist. The name was spelled Zikya, but it was supposed to be pronounced like Zakiya. As soon as I mispronounced it, the guy on the intercom completely changed his tone and corrected me in a very rude manner. When I reached the window, I could hear them talking about me. After picking up the order, I received another request for a pickup at Checkers, meaning I had to return after that awkward exchange, and the man was even ruder this time. I truly just made a mistake with the pronunciation. Their behavior was quite immature, and considering the older crowd there, you would expect them to know better. But I suppose that explains why they work at Checkers."
