"I cannot stress enough how much I adore the Mobile/Delivery Lane. It’s the most efficient and effective way to pick up orders. I've never experienced any problems with missing items (even when the milk shaker was out of order, they promptly addressed the issue for the customer). My interactions with the staff were brief, yet they were always very pleasant. I always feel welcomed with genuine kindness from the employees, whom I truly appreciate. They’re incredibly nice, fast, and fantastic!"

Although Rally's menu may lack diversity, they offer classic dishes that you can savor at nearly any time, making it exactly what you might want.

The service was excellent, but I’m really disappointed with my order. I requested a large fully loaded fries without ranch, and after a 25-minute drive home, I opened the container to find a small amount of cheese in the center and just a handful of chewy bacon bits on top. Went through the drive through, which is literally less than 3 minute drive from my house, my burgers were stone cold and the buns were soggy! I asked for no pickles, they got that right, but it's swimming in mayonnaise... I like mayo but this is ridiculous... I got 2 burgers and a shake and it came to almost 12 bucks.... I expect better... won't be back.

I ordered two fish sandwiches with fries and a drink, and they were delicious. I have food sensitivities, but I didn't experience any issues or get sick from the meal.
