"I was definitely not impressed with my visit. We chose Hardee's because it was late and my sister had some coupons. With no customers and no wait, that should have been a warning. The food was mediocre, and we received no napkins or straws. For $19 lunch, I expected better. We also didn’t get a receipt, making it difficult to complete their survey. The burgers were loaded with too much mayo and mustard, causing water to drip from the sandwich, likely from the lettuce or tomatoes. The bun kept sliding off the burger, which made for a poor experience overall. I apologize for the negative review, but the only bright spot was the lady who took our order—she was nice and helpful when we returned two days later to request the receipt. We later tried the location in Conway near 16th Street, and it was much better."
