"**WARNING: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!**
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant that ruined my day. I placed an online order at 11:21, and the system adjusted the pickup time to 11:50. Waiting half an hour for a cold wrap is absurd, but I went along with it. I arrived around 11:43 and was greeted by what can only be described as a poorly kept establishment. The only thing that seemed clean were the windows, being scrubbed by an outside cleaner.
A young man came out of the kitchen four times and completely ignored the customers waiting in the lobby (including myself and five others). I was unaware that I was supposed to ring a doorbell at the counter just to get service. After finally receiving my incredibly complex order of two wraps, it was 13 minutes past the promised completion time, making it 42 minutes from when I placed the order.
When my long-awaited lunch finally arrived, it was handed to me in a rude manner without a word spoken. Opening the bag was a complete letdown; the meat was at the bottom, the rice on top, and the wrap had been folded incorrectly, causing the ingredients to remain totally separate. Not only is this place disappointing, but it also appears that the staff lacks basic competency. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place – it’s nothing short of self-punishment."
