Vitality Bowls - Menu

The place has no bathrooms, no ice, not enough ingredients to make their advertised products. The place is extremely dirty and smelled terrible , staff was inexperienced. It is a huge mystery as to how they are in business. The juice was just atrociousand made with old products. Never coming back here again.

The staff seemed indifferent to our needs. It took 15 minutes for them to prepare a juice, even though my fiancé and I were the only customers present. To make matters worse, they made the wrong juice, adding celery, which I never would have ordered because I've never liked it. I'm very disappointed and won't be returning.

I dined at the restaurant on June 28th and was warmly welcomed by the manager, who was exceptionally professional and offered fantastic service. She assisted me in choosing my meal since I was uncertain about what to order, and I must say, my lunch was wonderfully delicious and clearly prepared with care. I placed my order ahead of time, expecting a bit of a wait, but when I arrived, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my meal to be prepared. In total, it took almost an hour for my order to be ready. I understand that the food is freshly made, but waiting an hour is completely unacceptable. There was no one else in the restaurant at the time, and three employees were on duty. It's hard to believe they can't improve their efficiency. This experience is particularly frustrating given the high prices.

My initial experience with Vitality Bowls at a different location was underwhelming. I thought I would give it another shot, assuming it might have been a one-off issue, but sadly, it wasn't. I faced the same problems: the quality was low, the flavors were bland, and the bowls were too soupy and lacked thickness. The food was so unappetizing that I didn't even want to eat it, so I've decided not to give this chain another chance. Moreover, their prices are not reasonable considering the poor quality of the açaí dishes they serve.

What frustrated me the most was that while I was waiting for my açaí bowl, the staff seemed more focused on a photo shoot than on serving the only paying customer in the restaurant. When I finally received my bowl, I expressed my disappointment to the manager, who apologized and explained that the person preparing the bowls had been taken away for the shoot. With both the manager and the owner present, I expected them to prioritize the needs of paying customers. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. Not only did I endure an unusually long wait, but the flavor of the bowl was bland and underwhelming. Overall, it was a very negative experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place. View menu
