"The best! When you order here, you might be told it will take half an hour to an hour for delivery. Seriously? I thought everyone had a similar experience, but that’s not true at all. I’ve been enjoying Mr. Jim's pizza for over 15 years and have never regretted it. The pizza is fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and the service is quick. What more can I say? My family and I plan to enjoy this amazing pizza whenever we can!"

"My son was excited to try Mr. Jim's Pizza after hearing about it from a friend. We decided to order, and were told the food would arrive in 30-45 minutes. However, two hours passed, and our order still hadn’t arrived. We called several times, only to be repeatedly told the pizza was on its way. I'm about to cancel the order, and we definitely won’t be coming back. This has been the worst service I’ve ever encountered. I do not recommend this place!"

"It was our first time trying Jim?s pizza located in Irving. Once we ate half of the pizza my husband and I started feeling weird from the stomach. What really got me was that my 1 year old daughter started throwing up after and to not make this long weended up in the hospital with her and turns out she got food poisoning. "This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! As a truck driver visiting Texas for the first time, I found myself parked along the roadside waiting to be unloaded in the morning. With no driving hours left on my log, I couldn’t go anywhere for food, and I was pretty hungry. I called Jim's Pizza and explained my situation, and they went above and beyond by delivering a pizza right to my truck! The customer service was outstanding—definitely a five-star experience. And the best part? The pizza was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much for the delivery; I really appreciate it!"

"I ordered a large meat lovers pizza, and it finally arrived after 1 hour and 25 minutes! When the driver got here, she parked in our yard, which has new grass growing. Why not use the driveway? The pizza was overcooked, not sliced properly, and didn't taste very good. I won't be ordering from Mr. Jim's again."
