"What a great place! So welcoming and friendly. Elsa and staff took great care of my wife and I for a saturday lunch date.We ordered gyros, dolmas, and fried pita at the counter, then found our seat. The decor has so much character from an eye-catching tin ceiling to the exposed brick walls. The bakery case at the front gives a great first impression.The food came out quickly and was delicious. Everything we ate was well prepared and full of flavor. Elsa came out and visited with us for a while and gave us some travel trips that we'll use for our next excursion to Greece. Until then, this will be our regular local go-to. Can't wait to try the Sunday brunch!"

"Terrible experience. Sign reads that they add a fee if you use a debit card if you don't spend a certain amount, but no one, not even the owner, knows what that amount is. Spent $30 and was still charged $2 to use a debit. Asked about it and was told it's a fee on all purchases with card, even though the sign doesn't say that at all. Wouldn't have used my card, but there was a lack of change issue with the family that ordered right before me. They had to wait for the drive through to order and pay before they gave out the change. Causing me to wait for other people to order and pay before I even placed my order. After several people got their orders that were placed after mine, I was finally able to ask for a refund on my card, so I could pay in cash and avoid the unnecessary fee. At this point I had paid with a credit card and given them $40 in cash. My order was in the window. I mentioned that I was upset that several people who ordered after me got their orders first. I was told they were still waiting on my order, even though I was looking right at it. I pointed this out to the employee and said it's ready right there! I'm only waiting on a refund receipt and my cash change. They refused to give me my order out of spite. More people were given their order while mine sat there waiting. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will not recommend. Will advise people to not waste their time and money."

"I placed an order, had to pick it up due to staffing. Ok, no problem. Then I get home to find the order is wrong. I call back the gentleman said he would gladly take care of me and replace what was messed up, and not the entire order. Which is great. I called to work with them to have it replaced the next day. They apparently were too swamped to answer the phone. So I tried on a Monday since it should be slower. The lady answering the phone told me she could only replace half of what they screwed up. Then proceeded to just hang up on me. Mama would not be happy with how this was handled. Period. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"I have been to this restaurant twice, once a few years ago, which was not a good visit, and again over the weekend. We came in, sat down, there was only one other group and my daughter and I. We waited a good fifteen minutes for anyone to bring a menu or ask to get us a drink. Bread was overcooked that was brought to the table. The salad was a thin layer of lettuce with tomatoes (which I said twice I did not want). The salad besides three bites was bathed in dressing to a point I couldn't eat it. Dinner eventually came, I got the Chicken and pink sauce, my daughter the ziti and sauce.... there was little pasta, over abundance of sauce, so much it was close to coming off of the plate. The sauce had a pretty good taste, but it would've been nice to have an adequate amount of chicken and pasta. My daughter said the sauce was good, but was a bit too acidic. The waitress was very scarce, she was busy talking and laughing with the other staff. I asked twice for napkins and never got them. It took forever to get anything we asked for if it came at all. I think that the food could have more flavor, the staff needs improvement or at least the waitress we got (young lady with the pink hair), serving needs to be improved so salad and food does not look like soup. I probably wont go back."
