"My family has been coming to this restaurant for about 15 years. we used to love this place. We rode through a few bad periods of poor waitstaff, and burned pizzas, then the pandemic, but we always returned. We came back 3 times in the past few weeks, and sadly, decided that we won 't be coming back. Tonight the wait staff was friendly but otherwise terrible. No one ever came back to check on us. We had to go find our own forks and napkins when we needed more. A cup of water was spilled and we went to find our waitress she said, oh I 'll clean it up after you leave. Meanwhile, our guest had their feet in a puddle! On top of that, there was no offer to replace the glass of water. The dinnerware is very stained and scratched and the utensils are so thin that my fork literally bent in half when cutting my pizza. Unfortunately, the place is just filthy there is dust on all the booths, pictures, and even the fixtures in the bathroom, grimy floors. The pizza was just ok, not as good as years past. It 's a shame this was once a really great place to eat out."

"The experience at this restaurant was absolutely dreadful! I wouldn't even recommend it to a dog. The pizza was poorly prepared, with some parts undercooked and others overcooked, simply thrown into the box. When I called the restaurant, I spoke with the manager, Daniel, who expressed his apologies and mentioned that there were new cooks. He instructed me to contact DoorDash for a refund, despite the fact that the error originated from the restaurant. He was unhelpful and made it clear that he wouldn't assist me further. This situation is concerning enough that I plan to file a complaint with the health department; I believe they should inspect this establishment, as something is definitely off. I rate this place 0/10. I highly recommend trying Beggars Pizza up the street in Lansing, Illinois instead; their customer service is outstanding. You’ll thank me later!"

"I work at a nearby high school and sometimes bike down here for a quick lunch. I only get 35 minutes, so speed is of the essence. The place is nothing fancy... just a fast food style pizza joint, almost 100% carry out or by the slice. I always get the thin crust... I'm not even sure if they offer deep dish. Pizza is tasty with a nice sauce and good quality toppings. I just buy it by the slice for lunch, but it's a good value and substancially better foood/flavor than some other traditional Americal fast food options in the area (KFC, McDonald's, Burger King, Subway). I've only ever eaten here either while standing at a standing table by the window (and people watching outside) or more likely, I ride down the street to the John Bean Beniac greenway for a patch of grass to sit on."

"Don't go if any food allergies. If I were less than 1 star. Absolutely terrible waiting staff and management. They visited a birthday there, asked for allergies to nuts and shells, and they sighed and were asked by us. Had no information and were unclear. I would have got more information to ask the chair. When we waited to see the manager who never came, a waitress put her hands on my daughters shoulders and pushed her aside. She stumbled into a chair where we waited....A waitress overheard and said yes, I guess you don't want to send your child to the hospital with a reaction.... I don't want to do that! I answered. That was a good time to go... Eating was never so good to start. Never back to this place, not even for a drink. You don't deserve your business."

"This was the 1st time we've ordered from Chicago's Pizza #2and we were very, very pleased. We tried the small deep dish pizza with 3 items. Great taste, crust was delicious, overall well worth the price. We added an antipasto salad which was fresh and loaded with meats cheese. Another great choice.From reading others reviews, I was hesitant to order but we had no issues, it was ready when promised and it was very good. Thepizza crust was perfect not burnt as some of the other reviews had said.I say give them a try and see how good their food is."

"Super friendly but eccentric staff I absolutely love. Place is open until 3 o'clock, so this is super comfortable. The meat lover Calzone is from the chain!!! And the lamb gyro is hands down one of the best I had the pleasure of eating. The Gyro has beautiful large pieces of everything!!! Salad, onion, cucumber, taziki sauce only EVERYTHING, but it is too notch!!! I'm sure you'll try. You will be disappointed if you don't."

"I had an amazing experience and will definitely be ordering from here again! Five stars for taste, quality, and customer service! I ordered a calzone for my husband yesterday, and he absolutely loved it! He said it felt like heaven when he opened the box, lol! I made a custom calzone with pepperoni, bacon, spinach, onion, and ricotta. The medium size is big enough for two meals; he devoured the rest as soon as he got hungry again. Unfortunately, that meant he didn’t get to try the cake, but it looks decadent, and I know I’ll hear all about it later! Plus, their customer service is excellent. "When my salad finally arrived, I was let down by the portion size, which seemed to be about a third smaller than usual. Additionally, there was an unusually large amount of romaine core mixed in with the greens. I also had to request bread twice, and when it finally did arrive, it was cold and definitely not parmesan. On the other hand, my husband ordered the fish and found it to be delicious. He had asked for something other than fries, and the waitress suggested a side salad. However, we were surprised to see an additional charge for that salad when the bill came. While I enjoyed my Michigan Salad, as I always do, the overall experience left much to be desired, particularly given our long-standing relationship with this restaurant."

"Yummy pizza, very good customer service! This place makes the perfect combination of crispy bottom crust and soft bready inside. The ingredients were fresh and flavourful. Garlic Lover pizza OMG (reason for 5 starts . So good! In this location, it initially appeared that it was only a take out pizza place. Actually, there are 2 tables inside (1 4 or 6 seater (we fit 6 adults comfortably and (1 2 seater. There is no soda fountain but you do get a 2 liter with the pizza. They gave us little styrofoam cups and paper plates to eat in the place. There was technically no public restroom but they were nice enough to let us use it anyway. Interesting decor choice, though it's probably an inside joke. :"

"Ordered a half Italian grinder and loved it, so next time I ordered a whole pizza grinder. This time the bread was doughy on the bottom on 2/4 pieces. My husband called and we were just looking to get half remade, when we went to pick it up they had quicklyremade a whole size pizza grinder cooked well done. It was great! We really appreciated it. "Mickadoon's is a banquet room located within Orland Bowl. It features its own entrance separate from the bowling alley, but we accidentally walked through the bowling area to reach it. Once inside, we didn’t feel like we were beside a bowling alley at all. We visited for a child's birthday party, which included a pizza buffet. They did a great job; the servers were attentive and ensured that pizzas and soda were replenished as needed. The bar offered a nice selection of draft beers, including Green Line and 312, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, Mickadoon's was very clean, and the party host mentioned that they were very accommodating and easy to work with."

"I was Vegas for a show and we got back to our hotel at 3am and was hungry. We decided to doordash pizza because we were hungry!!! We ordered a medium bbq chicken pizza. It took about almost an hour to get the pizza which I wasn't surprised because usually doordash it takes a while but I was monitoring the order, it took about 30 minutes for the order to come out and then another 15-20 for delivery time. We got the pizza and it was good especially at 4 am but I would skip out on the crust. Knocked down a star because the crust was kinda burnt and dry. The pizza looked like there was only chicken and not much onions, not worth $31. I don't think I would order here again but Props to them being open late though!"
