"I came into this restaurant because I saw it off the freeway around 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Saw that the men’s bathroom had a vacant sign on, but I could not get in and there was a keypad. A female employee walked right by me and did not even offer help. That’s extremely rude. Went to the restaurant to order off the kiosk. The music was so loud that I couldn’t even think. I’m older and it’s not the type of music I prefer at all. It was obviously turned up extremely loud to please the employees not the customers. I refuse to eat in a place that plays extremely loud music, especially when it is not what I prefer. It was more of a rap style music. So I walked out and went elsewhere. These young people are here to be paid and to work, not to blast the music for their pleasure. So typical of our young generation. I called the me Syndrome. Me me me. Who cares about the other guy? That’s how I see it"

"Went to get lunch at this restaurant today, placed my order on the kiosk, went to pay at the counter with cash as that was the method I had selected for payment. All I had was a 50 so after everyone went around checking drawers for change, was told sorry we just opened this drawer and made a drop from our other drawer so we can't make change. This is not the first occurance that I've had at this store, but I can assure it is the last as I will NEVER eat here again!!!!!. Obviously cash is not good enough for this store."

"Best Taco Bell experience of my life! Someone is safe OCD.... in the best way possible! The Taco Bell-Saucen packs were perfectly aligned in orderly rows stacked in the buckets and only by that I could say someone really well maintained. It broke my mind. The food came fast, it was all there AND it was delicious! In addition, the restaurant seemed cold when we came in and I barely mentioned it to my wife, but the next thing I knew the heating was up and the place warmed quite fast. It seemed like someone heard me and made an adjustment to the temptation. Honestly, I was in a LOT of Taco Bells and this place deserves 10 stars."

"I ordered a mango dessert, but instead, they served me an unappetizing green concoction that was supposed to be a "mango brasilie," which didn’t taste anything like mango and looked nothing like what I expected. Additionally, they wouldn’t allow me to order the $5 request box, which was frustrating. The crispy taco I received was cold and stale, making it tough to chew, and the five-layer dish felt more like a cheese wrap than anything substantial. On a positive note, the guy at the window was friendly."

"This is the first taco bell to get my daughter's order right in 5 five years! Soft taco with sour cream instead of beef. Sounds easy, right? Well obviously not because our local TB and others in multiple states get it wrong every single time. They take the order down correctly, it's correct on the receipt, but we always end up with some random combination with beef. To say I'm impressed would be an understatement. My daughter even asked if we can only ever go to this Taco Bell! The staff members were personable and service was quick too, which seems to be outside the norm for most Taco Bell/KFCs."

"I've visited this Taco Bell before and it was fairly decent, but today's experience was terrible. I won’t be returning to this location. I dined in with my family and waited about 30 minutes for three Number 7 meals—absolutely ridiculous! The employees seemed to prioritize the drive-thru over the customers inside. When our food finally arrived, they had forgotten two of the freezes, the quesadillas were uncut, and the chicken was as hard as a rock! The only redeeming item was one of the freezes; the other one was a complete mess. What a waste of money! As we were leaving, we noticed a man in the parking lot who had been waiting even longer for his food. His order was falling out of the bottom of the bag and was dripping with something unidentifiable. They had also forgotten most of his food. I was also very disappointed with the cleanliness. I saw a staff member using the same rags to wipe down tables, the trash area, the soda machine, door handles, dirty corners, and the floor! This place needs new management and staff!"

"Unlike other places around Cedar, Taco Bell, is usually very fast and my intricate orders are always correct. My orders are usually very meticulous and they do it with no complaints or excuses. If for some reason, which is once in a blue moon, theymay get it wrong, however they are quick to fix it, are not snarky with me, nor do any backlash for letting them know its wrong. As an apology, they usually give me cinnamon twists, for the wrong order. A+ service as usual. As compared to Maccas, whichyou must be a spawn of the underworld to get hired there, but only ketchup on my burgers, AS I WAS TOLD, is to hard for themand maybe i should go elsewhere. "The late-night drive-thru at this location has really taken a turn for the worse. The wait times are excessively long. I've been here three times this week, and each time I spent 10 to 15 minutes in line just to reach the ordering speaker. There were seven or eight cars backed up onto the street, with only one or sometimes none at the window after the speaker. Once I did reach the speaker, I had to wait an additional 2 to 3 minutes before the employee finally took my order. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a drive-thru. When I spoke to the manager, he just offered excuses about being short-staffed."

"Truly a think outside the bun experience. There is a communal soda fountain here, unlike the Wendy's across the street.It's a combination KFC and Taco Bell, one of the few places you can get KFC and Baja Blast (KFC is trash though).There's also free WiFi.They had paint stored in the dining area when we ate there? A painter walked in and just stood by us until he finally asked if we could move so he could get the paint.Also someone smashed into the power poll with their car and the building lost power, so we had to leave."

"It seems like the chefs at this restaurant skimp on ingredients every time someone visits. The locos tacos should come in a sleeve, but they still don't. The portions have less than half of the ingredients they should. All the other dishes have proper portion control, except for the tacos which have the amount I would expect in 3 tacos, crammed into 1. They really need to improve if they want customers to keep spending money here. The crunchy wraps are thin and not properly cooked. The burritos have more tortilla than meat and cheese. It's best to just pass on this place and wait until they improve. They need to make some changes."

"I had a great meal today, but I have a question for Taco Bell in general. I'm glad to see that you have finally brought back the Mexican pizza, but I would like to ask you to also bring back the enchiritos. I have been enjoying them since the 70s and even introduced them to five of my friends before they were removed from the menu. They were so flavorful and unique compared to everything else on your menu or other Mexican restaurants I have tried, including some high-end ones. We were all disappointed when they were taken off the menu. Sometimes, new items are not always better. I even had a server who would specially make them for me, but she has since left and my friends and I really miss them. I was pleasantly surprised when you brought back the Mexican pizza, and I hope you will do the same for the enchiritos so that I can visit Taco Bell more often."

"Had family come in from out of state, they wanted Taco Bell. Ordered 2 12 party pack 12, soft, an 12 hard. 4 bean burrito, and 4 chili cheese. Spent rounded off 64.00 bucks. It all went into the trash. Burritos were days old, couldn't tell by thewrapping, or what was inside. What was what. "I wish I could give it zero stars. After my experience in this Taco Bell I never come back. On 11/29 at 12:39 am I ordered on the Taco Bell Mobile App Nachos Bell grande Combo, Crunchwrap Supreme and a Beef Burrito. I came five minutes after placing my order on the app for drive-through, I waited 15 minutes almost 20 minutes because there was a slow line. When I got to the speaker, I told them I was going to say that I was going through the lady? When are you not, sir? So I'm all confused here. So I move into the window and show them the confirmation number for my order, they still say we have no order for you. I processed to drive so that I wouldn't hold the line behind me, I'm deceptive to the store and told them I had to drive through. They still refused my request for my order and I verified the address of the store and the confirmation number and I gave them my entrance to my phone. They still refused my order request if I lie to them. You said there was nothing they could do, are you serious? After you waited 20 minutes for my dinner and gave you my phone call, can't you do anything about it???? Even the worst thing I was charged for the food I didn't get. So basically this location likes to steal customers money right!? Maybe the manager asks me if I wanted to order from my receipt, but then I would be charged to the switch. Why should I reorder my request if I get to the app that I pay double for an order that I do not receive. This is very disrespectful of the manager who tries to pay me twice for my meal. After this conversation, I went into my hands without order. Ladies and gentlemen don't waste your time here spending your money in this Taco Bell, go to a Chick-fil-A, where once you get your order, they will charge you, don't you have?t get your order will still calculate whether you like it or not."
