"we take grandkids to wasabi in Mt P a couple times a year. They go to the nine in DI a lot so they know the menu. Last time we were there we had a great meal and experience. This time it was a total different story. My husband ordered hot black tea and the waitress returned and told us they were all out of black tea. Apparently, ownership has changed and they are working through supply issues. So she encouraged green tea and when it came, it was disgusting. Unlike any green tea I’ve ever seen. m I ordered an Asian pear salad with grilled shrimp. The kids had bento boxes and my husband had pad Thai. when we got our meals, mine was missing. The waitress said they accidentally gave my meal to somebody else but that they would fix me another one. So by the time everybody else was done with their meal my dinner arrived. I told her to put it in a to go bag and i would take it home. Of course they took it off the menu. In terms of the quality of the food, my husband‘s pad Thai was dry and not very tasty. the California rolls were very heavy rice and very little avocado. The only meal that was really good was my grandson’s teriyaki chicken. We did have an excellent shrimp appetizer. The waitress did her best but it’s hard to cover up kitchen mistakes although she tried as did the GM. So tonight I decided to eat my Asian pear salad and when I opened it up, I realized there were no pears and it was not an Asian pear salad. It was a salad with onions. Really disappointing. We will not go back anytime soon."

"The service was a bit unprofessional. I called the restaurant prior to arrival to confirm the address zip code because google and Open Table has different zip codes. I spoke with an employee and she told me she would ask for the zip code then put me on hold, I waited for about minutes before she hung up on me. Eventually, my family I figured out which location it was. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told I couldn’t be seated until my whole party arrived and asked me to wait outside. That’s understandable, it’s a Friday night, it can get busy. The restaurant staff provided me with a min grace period, fair. Once my entire partied arrived, we were seated. The waitress was extremely rude, cutting us off mid order. She didn’t have the patience. I understand that the feeling of tending to multiple parties at a time can feel overwhelming. However, patience is needed for each party. If you rush, there might be some confusion. Our food arrived extremely fast and it was absolutely delicious. Best part of the night. Our drinks took longer to arrive. My mom didn’t like her drink and when we asked for a new one, we received attitude in return. We decided to order another share of dumplings, when I asked the waiter for it he spoke chinese to the waitress about it. We decided to disregard the order. Yes, we had many different people attending to us, a bit chaotic. We were celebrating my Mom’s birthday so we asked for a song or whatever the restaurant provides when there’s a birthday. We were intrigued by the huge sign that said happy birthday and a sparkler. They provided birthday shots, but not free of charge. That definitely gets included in the bill. Overall, we enjoyed the time as a family although the service could’ve been more professional."
