"I normally have very good experiences at Panda Express but this particular restaurant has issues with their employees. I was there in June 2, 2022. The food was fine. But I could not enjoy eating it There was a female employee literally yelling, very loudly, at one of the managers in Spanish (I'm fluent). They'd go back and forth. She was complaining about how he doesn't do enough and how he wanted to be a manager and now he's not doing what he's supposed to. I was working while I ate and was there probably an hour or so and the yelling was continuous up until a second manager came in (had same color shirt as the other gentleman) . The employee would only yell at the first one. It was MOST annoying. The other employees were just quiet and doing their job . I would never go eat there again if u knew that employee was still there."

"We have ordered from this restaurant three times when we couldn't get out with the kids and needed food, and each time the same thing happened - Panda Express and DoorDash did nothing to fix the problem. The delivery driver never brought all of the food we ordered (how could 7 meals fit in one bag, and why would Panda Express staff insist they were all there three times in a row?). When we called the restaurant, they claimed to have given everything to the driver and refused to help further. When we contacted DoorDash, they said to call Panda Express. This pattern repeated three times in less than 4 months. We strongly advise against wasting your time and money here, whether dining in or ordering for delivery. The so-called General Manager, Carlos, is not only rude and unprofessional, but also seems to have trouble with basic math and logic - thinking 7 meals can fit into one bag. Maybe the title of General Manager doesn't suit him; he should start from the bottom and work his way up, or find a career that doesn't require mathematical skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and good customer service."

"We have been to this restaurant twice around 7:30pm, which is 1.5 hours before closing time, only to discover that a majority of the menu items were unavailable because "the kitchen had closed for the night". We make a special effort to come to this Panda location because our kids love it, but I ended up choosing options that I didn't really want to eat. As we sat there, we noticed many other customers coming in and feeling just as disappointed as we were, with some even leaving without ordering. It was clear that the staff was more focused on closing up and leaving early on a Friday night. By 8pm, an employee even locked the door to prevent any more customers from coming in. The manager of this location should be extremely displeased with this situation. It was evident that the staff were not fully attentive to the customers and were more concerned with getting out of there quickly, leaving a negative experience for those who did manage to dine in."

"This was by far the worst experience I?ve ever had at ANY Panda Express. I ordered via the drive tru a very simple order. Two bowls, one with mushroom chicken, the other with teriyaki. First, they didn?t have teriyaki chicken so I had to settle for orange chicken. Which is fine, I get it. I move on to pay, the cashier then asks me to pull to their parking lot. I parked and waited for over 10min. I figured they had forgotten so I get out to talk to the front cashier. When I tell her what happened she seems confused, walks over to the drive tru a few times, comes back with my order. I rush back into my car and I forget to check my order because by this time I had wasted almost 20min waiting on them. I get home and to my surprise they forgot my mushroom chicken! They basically just sold me a bowl of rice for 6.70. I gave up on going back because it?s a 8min drive from my house. I?m never going back to this location."

"I was hesitant to order in the afternoon, thinking we might receive old or soggy leftovers. However, it was evident that the food was freshly made. The chicken breading was crispy, the vegetables were crunchy and flavorful, and the sauce was fresh and velvety, not gelatinous from sitting too long. I will definitely be ordering from here again."

"This place is ridiculous their service sucks. Cashier Hailey, literally bagged my food then started to ring me up, so I could pay then just stopped, to bag up 3 other orders didn't bother to say excuse me for a minute so I can help these other people before I finish your order. How rude is that. All 3 of the orders she decided to take care of all left before she finished my transaction, when I was there 1st. Very unprofessional.. Very rude! Wow!"

"This Panda Express is quite unique, as it only offers drive-thru service. I really liked the "How to Panda" sign, which makes ordering straightforward. You can choose a meal, side, and three entrees. I opted for a bigger plate, which always sounds appealing. My meal included chow mein as the side, and for the entrees, I chose #1 Orange Chicken, #2 String Bean Chicken Breast, and #3 Broccoli Beef. However, I found out that all the plates are actually the same size, so my third entree didn’t fit and came in a separate container. But I was too hungry to take a photo and ended up eating everything quickly. As for the fortune cookie, it said, "Look for happiness and you will find it." It really couldn’t get any better than that!"

"We occasionally enjoy the delivery of Panda Express. It is like a fast food version of Chinese foods. The staff is beautiful, and they have a variety of different dishes that are continuously freshened. The parts are large and a good value. I am sad that they will no longer make ginger for me; I'm very allergic. Because they don't do that anymore, there are now only two ducks I can enjoy. I hope they will change this policy. If they do, we will order them better in the future."

"The food was reasonably good. The service was abhorrent. The restaurant posts hours on Yelp saying they close at 9:00. As I'm ordering the food, I ask, what time do you close? The employee says 9. Yet, after I order my food, and they hand it to me, and I sit down, I'm advised that the dining room closes at 8:30. I should have known something was up when I attempted to order something off the menu 30 minutes before the posted closing time and was advised that they stopped cooking. When a restaurant stops cooking that's concerning. What the attendant did not know was the other attendant already informed me that they would make me fresh what I asked for. Apparently the fact was lost on this restaurant employee that when you serve a customer in a dining room, regardless of what time the restaurant closes, the customer gets to finish their meal. I rushed through my meal and got out in less than 10 minutes. But I was definitely made to feel as though I inconvenienced the staff. Restaurant owners should be more careful to hire people that will positively represent their business. I'll never be back to this Panda Express."

"The dining area is nice and fairly clean. I found it amusing to see fun facts scrolling on two large TVs at one end, although it was strange that both screens were showing the same information right next to each other. There isn’t much else to look at in the space. As a side note, for anyone who's new to Panda Express or looking for kid-friendly options, be aware that they don't really have a kids' menu. There aren't many choices for picky eaters either, unless your child is okay with plain steamed rice or the rather bland fried rice. Our 9-year-old only eats the rice here and won’t even try the spring rolls."

"The people on the car thru were great, very helpful when they took my order, but the problem is that what we ordered was not in the pocket. When we unpacked the food, the portions we ordered were wrong and nobody took the phone when I called it. We ordered a medium bowl with 2 meat (only one included), another dish (missing), a large bowl and a 2 Entree dish....... seriously? $50 for that? I tried to call several times and nobody answered. "I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I ordered the Chow Mein and Orange Chicken, which were both delicious. The Orange Chicken was especially impressive - I haven't had better anywhere else. However, there was a issue when my father tried to order Beijing Beef but they were out. He ended up getting something else, but just as he finished his meal, they brought out a fresh pot of the Beijing Beef. That was a bit frustrating, but overall we were satisfied with our meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others, whether they are dining alone or with their families."

"I hadn't been here in a while and noticed that they made the orange chicken spicy now, I was very sad.I placed my order online and got a 3 item plate of orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp and beef and broccoli as the third item.When I got the food, the beef and broccoli was in the small box and had onlt 1 single piece of meat on top. "Panda Express is always consistently good. I have no problem with quality of the food at this Panda Express. Moreover, I do not even have a problem with the service at this location. The service is always polite and timely. HOWEVER, they are constantly out of items or you to wait for them to make it. Furthermore you MUST use a credit/debit card, on the rare occasion that they do take cash. You need to have exact change. I know that I am not an Outlier and I am not sorry to say so. "Your newest employee, who looks to be about 17, is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. The employee was a younger Caucasian female. Not only was she very rude to me but I watched her yell at an older lady to take her card out of the machine and then proceeded to swing the bag at her and ask her, ?if she had it? with a very nasty attitude. "Wasn't too happy with this location. I placed an online order for pick up at 5:15PM, got there at 5:20PM and there was a line out by the door. Thankfully for online orders, you go straight to the front and let them know you're there to pick up an order, so I did. I was told to wait while they got it ready, assuming they'll package the food right off the spot but that wasn't the case. 20-30mins went by, and I watch the staff get other to-go orders ready AND help the line go down. I was literally the last person to get their food, I could've waited in line and gotten my food quicker than going through this whole ordeal. As for the food, as it was supposed to be fresh, I came home within 20 mins with the food ready to and it didn't taste nor smelled fresh. The food did not sit well with me and my girlfriend by the end of the night, might've been food poisoning."

"The Orange Chicken seems to be the most popular offering. Regardless of what you choose, opt for items that have just been cooked; like all fast food, the quality diminishes if the food has been sitting out for a while. This Panda Express location is conveniently accessible, situated on the east side of the lake with ample parking available in the back. You can enter the parking lot from either Cordova or Del Mar. The restaurant is centrally located within the parking area. Although you can also park by the lake, it can be trickier to find a spot there. The venue itself is spacious and clean, with plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside. During weekday lunch hours, it can get quite busy with local workers, but fortunately, the team works efficiently, minimizing wait times."

Not only are they forever out of everything. But their management was screaming at the staff and the cook. Poor guy looked utterly rejected. It's not short staffing. They are packed with staff.
