"I came here two days ago by myself around 12:45pm and the restaurant was very busy. Probably around 20-25 people in the store and the drive thru was full. I got inside and was behind 3 people when they opened another register for cards only. Since thepeople ahead of me were paying cash I was able to skip the line. I ordered a number 1 with mustard, mayo and ketchup. I orderedit with no pickles and no drink but instead a large fry. The girl taking my order was not paying attention to my order andseemed to be a little flustered. I swiped my card and then realized she rang me up for a large onion ring. A lot ofwhataburger?s food is good but one item I think they need improvement on is their onion rings. So I told the cashier that Iwanted a large fry not onion rings. She didn?t know how to refund the item so she got a manager. I suppose the most annoyingthing about my visit was that the manager said to the cashier (not even to me) that there is only a 50cent difference and wewill get him (me) a large fry. This irritated me because I work in fast-food for basically minimum wage and I have bills to payand save every nickle and dime I can. I decided to go with the onion rings. Food came out quickly considering the amount ofpeople in-house and in the drive-thru. My hamburger had pickles in it and no onions. I took out the pickles and decided not todo anything about it. I would say customer-service wise it was a below-average experience. I want to mention that the restaurantwas very clean despite how busy they were. I?ll probably come back here again but when they are not busy. And next time I willreview my entire order before being cashed out."

"This Whataburger is hit or miss. Earlier the order was never right, the pommes were cold. Then they have a lot better. Today's experience was not great. I had a gift card I used at this place about a week ago and had a $28 balance. Try to use this card today, and it wouldn't work. I was expected to pay with my credit card although I had an entrance with the available balance still on the map. I told the cashier I would pay for the order with my gift card, or I wouldn't take the food at all. Cashier went back and forth with the manager, cashier came back and told me it didn't work and I had to pay with another card. I told them respectful, it's not my fault that the gift card I used at the same exact spot just a week ago suddenly didn't work. No one could tell me why no one could give me a solution how to get my card to work. After all, the manager came back to the window and told me? She understands money on the map, but it doesn't work and is difficult.? I told the manager that was not my intention that I wanted to use only the available gift card money I had. Finally, the manager tried the card on another register. The cashier came back to the window and returned my card. I said it worked? She said no and gave me my food. She said I should go to another Whataburger to see if the gift card works somewhere else. Overall I sat about 30 min in the drive thru and held a long line of cars behind me. I wish this Whataburger could just bring it together. One of my favorite places to take a quick bite, but start not being worth it anymore."

"The wait was quite manageable—there were four cars in front of me, and it took about 10 to 15 minutes from ordering to driving away. The customer service was exceptional. I was greeted right away, and the staff member asked if I could hold on for a moment. I don’t mind waiting as long as I'm acknowledged; otherwise, I feel ignored and left wondering if anyone knows I'm there. The person on the speaker was friendly, polite, and upbeat, which really brightened my mood. When I reached the window, my food was ready quickly. I realized I had forgotten to request ketchup for my fries. When I tapped on the window to ask, the staff member told me he had already put it in my bag—and he had! At my usual location, there’s only a 60% chance of getting BBQ sauce for my nuggets or ketchup for my fries, even when I ask for it during my order. So, having it included without even having to ask was such a refreshing change. When I got home, everything was correct, with all my requests honored (no tomato) thanks to the cooks. I think I've only experienced that level of precision twice at the other location. Plus, all the food was still hot; at the other place, I often get it lukewarm at best. Comparing the two Whataburger locations, I can confidently say that this has been one of the best fast food experiences I've had in a long time. I work in retail and have dealt with my share of difficult customers, so I try to be understanding of staff who are short-handed or having a bad day. It’s amazing how much I’ve tolerated as a customer because I didn’t want to come across as a "Karen"—but I truly noticed the difference when I was treated so well here. Thank you to everyone who was working when I visited!"

"Whataburger always had good food. This situation in Lewisville is rarely visited by me, but they have things right before the few times I was in this place. So tonight would come (one Saturday night), and the collection of people I see in this special restaurant would suspect that prisoners are running the asylum. I went in and wanted to get an order. It took two people to discuss who should manipulate the thesis and take my order. Or maybe try. That went on while two men were waiting for their orders. My dinner was a double-meat with cheese and a hot order from Fritten. One of her employees didn't happen to me when I was waiting, and she had a bag. It had the finished pommes. She then ignorantly asked me if this is all I ordered (and she did not take my order earlier, which was bizarre). I told her what was my full order, and then she went back to be assaulted with her staff. You can't do that. The same woman, a few minutes later, brought my burger into another bag. Before I left, I had to ask the same woman for napkins and she gave them to me. When considering the members of the crew, I could say that there was no focus and no spirit of customer service. Conversations did not seem to be at work. Most of them looked like children who weren't surprised. The person who looked like a manager obviously didn't do anything to get order into the serving area. It also did not help the guys who were before me to wait for their food, had a disappointed look at their faces as soon as they got their orders in their hands. Never a good sign. When I came home, I discovered that the double meat was wrongly joined with cheese. It had jalapenos, bacon and salsa on him, and it also looked like a single patty. Jalapenos and bacon should not be on the burger, as what I ordered was only regular. Instead of going back to this Whataburg site and fighting it, I simply took my food and threw it away. This doesn't happen every day. Why bother? Service and a new setting must be moved here. So quality and excellence should be. This place needs a new crew. This is a simple answer: Never."

"This location has become poor in their overall service. I walked in around 1030. About four cars in drive thur, no one in dining room, and one car in curbside. I go to the bathroom first and it is in bad shape. Tp holder broke, paper all over the floor, andeverything could use a wiping off. As I fill me drink, the lady who took my order delivers food to curbside. I find a sit andhave to go grab a wipe to clean the table with. On my way to getting that wipe, I noticed most of the tables are dirty. In themiddle of cleaning my table the curbside guest walks in because they gave him the wrong food. He saids that he feels he shouldget a refund for having to wait on his food again and having to come in. Cashier grabbed the manager and a minute later themanager was issuing the refund. She asked if the bag of food was trash and the guest replied no this is my food you fix. Themanager stated I thought you wanted a refund. The guest explained that the refund was for the inconvenience. The guest leftand I hear the manager complaining about giving food and a refund. I found that to be odd that she is worried about the cost andmoney when I received a large fry when it should 've been a reg. Just this whole thing was not ideal for food service industryand I know the Whataburger has always been a +1 company. Fix the issue and give a +1 to WOW the guest and hopefully will bringthe guest back. The last thing is the use of the meat press. I thought the press was removed from service many years ago, butsome how my burger was pressed. I have visited this location a lot over the last 5 or 6 years and each time there is more andmore reason for me to stop coming. One day I think I just may. Hope you correct the issues here soon."
