"I typically have a great experience at Trattoria. I reached out to the management early this afternoon. The person answered the phone Mia said the manager would call me back.  I am still awaiting a call Yesterday was not one of those days. I arrived to my reservation on time. In fact, a few minutes prior and a party seated ahead of us. It was explained to me that they were trying to figure out where to put me and my two boys. Once we were seated after about 10 minutes, there was a little delay, and then our waiter. Matt came over. He was very helpful and kind. There were some confusion when our food came out as he explained, he put in the wrong information when he placed the order for my son, Zachary fettuccine penne their version of mac cheese. We had to wait a few minutes for that. Matthew enjoyed his cheese pizza. And my carbonara was delicious. When we are ready to leave, Matt took the rest of Matthew‘s large cheese pizza and went to package it and I had seen that he dropped it and returned with only a couple of pieces of pizza. He never told me that he dropped it, I did not go unnoticed, but I was hoping that he would've spoken up. We paid the bill and I typically would recommend this restaurant to everyone. The service was definitely not the quality I'm used to there."
