Ordered from this place and my chicken was cold and my grape leaves had mold on it, that’s ridiculous

Used to frequent this place when I lived off of Gratiot. I was in the area so I ordered some Shawarmas. The chicken had NO flavor. The garlic spread isn’t as it used to be either. DisappointingFood: 1/5

My husband and I ordered a lamb and chicken kabob with rice pilaf . To me, the chicken tasted a little off, but it was cooked all the way. The rice I could tell was the boil in the bag type of rice, and bits of it were still hard. The naan bread we 've received tasted very stale and old. However, the man was very friendly and nice, but the floors would of used some sweeping.

My hubby ordered me falafel sandwich, megedra, and lentil soup. The falafel sandwich was extraordinarily awful the megedra had no onions or yogurt and burnt. The only thing I ate was the watered down lentil soup. Hubbys kafka sandwich was not edible. To top it off the guy behind the counter was rude and wouldn’t even let my hubby use the bathroom. My favorite and now only place I get my shawarmas from! Hidar the owner is such a sweet and kind guy, the first day he met me he remembered me and even my name. My name isn’t that common so I don’t get that very often of someone remembering. This food is so good and I have not had one bad experience, the atmosphere and the kindness keeps me coming back Thank you so much guys for the good food and always serving with a smile and conversation!

I recently visited this place and I was absolutely mind blown. When I first walked in the cashier was prepping pita bread with no gloves on into sandwhich bags. Then she turned around to take my order and then cashed me out. Afterwards she proceeded to finish bagging up the bread with NO GLOVES on with the same hands she was handling cash with. I was disgusted. The man making my food handed my bag over the counter to the cashier and he was also seen not wearing any gloves.

Zero stars to be clear. Worst customer I've come across. Ordered through grubhub and after 45 minutes called in because our delivery driver was still at the restaurant. We asked if our order had been picked up. He said his tablet was down so he couldn't make the order. He was extremely rude on the phone and unapologetic. You don't know how to pick up a phone and let the customer know? And while you have the customer on the phone specifying exactly what was ordered you refuse to make it? What a joke for a restaurant. Apparently he didn't want my service. Well, you will never have to worry about that again. The grubhub driver tried their best. He was kind, patient, and read them our order but... View menu
