"I had an amazing experience with the enchiladas; they were fantastic! My boyfriend also enjoyed his burrito. The jalapeño wings were absolutely delicious as well. The service was excellent! "Tried ordering 5 times. Each time we tried to proceed with the order the lady hung up on us INTENTIONALLY. Tried to write a review on their facebook expressing this concern and the review got deleted twice. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Spoke with the manager and stated they were doing a large order for one of the factories. Instead of hanging up on potential customers try to explain that. Very poor communication. "I went to have lunch I ordered grilled chicken sandwich ONLY all of a sudden I was charged 15 and change. I asked for what oh you got the combo. Ummmmmm no I didn't I ordered a sandwich only I waited 20 min and then they brought it and It was not what I ordered they gave me a chicken cutlet that was fried I cannot eat fried foods So I told the guy I didn't order this he said you said crispy chicken I said no it didn't I said grilled so they made me another 1 another 20 minutes I had to wait so it's time to go back to work so I said to go on the way to work I opened it up and it was burnt grilled chicken and to top it off it had cheese on it. I'm allergic to cheese. I was already 20 minutes away And so upset the fries were cold and dark I couldn't eat nothing and spent almost $16 that I could easily want to McDonald's for $9 got a full meal for less money and done to perfection my way I will never go back here 1st time going never again I was visiting in North Bergen and decided to try it"

"I went to this restaurant for lunch and ended up waiting nearly until dinner for my order to come out. They didn't offer any water, and I only got one refill of chips during the 45-minute wait. The music was blaring with ranchera tunes. Unfortunately, I can't rely on this place for a quick lunch because the menu options all looked good. "I visited the restaurant during my lunch break to order steak tacos. When I received my order, I noticed it included lettuce and cheese, which I didn't want. I explained to the manager that I was looking for "street tacos." Instead of addressing my concern, the manager became defensive and frustrated that my order was wrong. On top of that, I was overcharged for something I didn’t want. I understand it may have been a misunderstanding, but all I wanted was my tacos so I could get back to work. The manager did have my order remade, but I felt that combative attitude lingered while I waited. Overall, I was very disappointed with the customer service."

"We live about 20 minutes from Margaritas, but this is ALWAYS our go-to for Mexican food. It's always pretty busy, but they sit you quickly, and the hostesses are always very friendly. We went today and it was a bit different than other times (we've been going for years) that we've been. It took the server a really ling time to come to our table and she was rushing. Yes, they were busy so not her fault. However, we places our order for drinks, apps, and food at the same time and everything came out at the same time. The portions have always been large but this time they raised the price if the fajitas and got half the size we normally get. We will continue to go back just disappointed. The food was delicious as always!!!"
