"We made a reservation for eight people a week in advance, but when we arrived, they had neither a table for us nor any knowledge of our booking. They seemed unwilling to accommodate us. The Bar Manager mentioned that OpenTable isn't reliable for reservations, but our entire group disagreed, as we’ve always had positive experiences with the platform. We ended up having to rearrange seating by asking other guests to move. Our server, Russ, was fantastic and the only positive aspect of the evening, but unfortunately, we won’t be returning. This wasn’t our first disappointing experience here."
