"Typically, this restaurant is a good choice, but my recent experience was disappointing. After being seated, I waited 20 minutes before I could place my order. Once I finally ordered, it took another 20 to 30 minutes for my food to arrive at room temperature, and there wasn't any silverware provided. The waiter passed by our table multiple times to attend to other customers, despite only having a few tables to serve. I won't be dining in again."
