"I feel compelled to express my frustration. We arrived to eat, and the waitress took our order with a bad attitude. My son even fell asleep while we waited for 40 minutes. When I asked how much longer it would be, she told me I shouldn’t have to ask, and that she hadn’t even taken the food order properly. There were only about five other customers in the restaurant, and yet we had to wait 40 minutes without our food being ready. I am still furious about the experience. This used to be our favorite restaurant, but the arrogance of that waitress has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m honestly reluctant to return, but part of me just wants to go back so I don’t have to see her again. This happened on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at around 1:30 PM."
