"I can't wait for my next visit to Tin! Their Shaken Beef is simply amazing. The beef is served in large, tender, and juicy cubes, and I can't believe how they manage to stir-fry such big pieces while keeping them so tender! The Caramelized Claypot Catfish is also excellent, packed with flavor—just thinking about it makes my mouth water. I highly recommend starting with the Hue Roll as an appetizer; the grilled pork inside is crispy and well-seasoned, adding a lovely texture to the roll. The service is outstanding as well; the waitress even let me try a wine before I ordered! Additionally, unlike many pho restaurants, Tin has a beautifully decorated interior and a delightful ambiance."
