Mid-conversation, he disappeared, leaving around 10 others waiting for seating, some for another 20 minutes. The chaos was overwhelming, and at one point, I considered dining in instead. When I asked about that, the receptionist claimed there was no space, despite my fiancé already sitting at a table. When I pointed this out, he made a very unpleasant face, which was quite disappointing. The other servers were friendly and at least checked in on us for water and our order.
**Food:** We ordered Gobi Manchurian over the phone and were told to come in 30 minutes. After arriving 45 minutes later, we were made to wait an additional 15 minutes because the dish wasn’t ready. When it finally arrived, it was ice cold and tasted as if it had been prepared hours earlier. It felt like they were trying to rush us out. The Chicken Biryani we ordered could not have its spice level adjusted; we were firmly told that medium is the minimum, with no options to reduce it. While the biryani might be a little spicy for Indian palates, it is definitely not tailored for American taste buds.
**Value:** I would have rated this a 4/5, as the prices are reasonable; however, because the Gobi Manchurian was served cold, I'd prefer to go to a place with lesser food quality that at least serves it hot.
Overall, I was left deeply disappointed. The owners really need to hire more staff if they want to maintain their reputation. My experience was very poor, and I will likely avoid this restaurant for several months before considering giving them another chance."
