"We made reservations for an anniversary dinner. Ruth's Chris doesn't disappoint. Food was great, service was awesome and the ambiance was nice. This was a first visit to this location on LaCantera Parkway. Downside was my vehicle being broke into and ruining the rest of our evening plans. Signs said surveyed by camera - no necessarily true. The buildings are surveyed. Of course, not really the fault of Ruth's Chris but waiting an hour to report it since we live just outside SA was definitely a downer. Next time - UBER for sure."

"This restaurant is a fantastic spot right by the water, next to a lively pool, and located within the Sheraton Resort. The location is excellent and no reservations are needed. We were able to sit down right away for lunch and the service was superb and very friendly. The TVs were showing the playoffs and the bar was full and lively, sometimes even boisterous. We chose to sit outside near the water and had a stunning view. Our pork and mahi mahi sandwiches were delicious, as was the coconut shrimp and fries. The beer was ice cold and the Mai Tai was strong. We enjoyed the atmosphere with all the sounds and smells, feeling so close to the water and the pool. Dining among swimmers in their colorful swimsuits and the soothing smell of suncare oil added to the experience."

"I visited this restaurant on January 19, 2023. The food and atmosphere were excellent, but I encountered a problem when they insisted on keeping a credit card on file despite my intention to pay with cash. My bill came to $49.20, which I paid in cash along with a generous tip. To my surprise, days later I noticed an additional charge on my credit card from the restaurant. Unfortunately, my dispute with the credit card company did not succeed, leaving me out of pocket for $100 for two hamburger meals. This experience taught me a valuable lesson to be cautious about leaving a credit card on file with restaurants in the future."
