"Worst customer service ever! Went on Saturday night to Eastridge mall to shop. I ordered two Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. One sandwich looked beautiful, the other looked like it was a vegetarian cheesesteak sandwich. The sandwich had lots of lettuce,tomato, onions, and mushrooms, but only 3 very small scraps of meat. I showed this to Sarah, the person who had prepared thesandwich and explained that somehow, there was not enough meat put into the sandwich. She was very busy at the time, as the linewas roughly 20 people deep. I understand her stress, but when she finally paid attention to what I was actually saying, she gaveme a disgusted look then began to speak to her co-worker, (I could only guess, in Hindi A bit rude in itself , and came back tome saying that there was a standard portion of meat put on the sandwiches. I showed her my sandwich, and moved the lettuce andveggies around, and picked out a couple of small pieces of meat... I guess this wasn 't good enough. She once again said thatthere was nothing she could do. I became frustrated and showed the other customers in line, right behind me, the paltry(Meat-less sandwich, and they agreed that there was barely any meat in one, compared to the other that was given to me. Onceagain, I state, both the same size sandwich! She rolled her eyes at me for getting the other people in line to agree withme. Instead of adding a few pieces of meat to the sandwich, she stood her ground and said that she could not do anything forme. I immediately asked for a refund. She rolled her eyes again, and once again in her native language (Hindi? , spoke to herco-worker, who gave me a refund. As the cashier handed me the money, she apologized for my treatment by her co-worker "Sarah "She said that they were extremely busy. "Ordered a Chicken Teriyaki combo with a Large Sprite. Apparently, the cashier is supposed to give you your drink right after you pay. I guess she forgot to give me my drink. I wait for my food and then wait a little since they haven’t given me my drink. I realize that they forgot. So I tried talking to the cashier. Which was a heavy set woman. She wasn’t paying attention. So I talked to the cook and he had to get her attention to give me my drink. There is a little bit of a crowd around the front register where you order. She proceeds to put my drink where I could not POSSIBLY grab it because of the large crowd. Then she realizes that I can’t get it and then hands me the drink. I’m not sure if she was just stupid or just wanted to give me attitude that I was politely asking for something I PAID FOR.I understand the fact that my drink was forgotten in the first place. Mistakes happen. I get that. The thing I don’t understand is how much of a attitude people give me whenever they screw up. The cook was very nice. The heavy set woman was not. It just ruined the whole experience for me. It reminded me of why I always choose the Chinese restaurant since they are always nice and don’t give me attitude.If you want my advice. Always make sure they give you your drink right after you pay. Just in case they forget. Because if you don’t, the heavy set woman will give you an attitude."

"I ordered food at 230 and paid for food from in the mall of louisiana 9 8 2. The young man preparing the food I noticed that he kept adjusting his mask using his full hand then touching food i had him just box my food without any condiments no lettuce oranything just meet and bread Not wanting caus a seen or anything I had planned on just eat the cost of the sandwich and justenjoy the bacon cheese fries, but I noticed that he used his hands to add the bacon bits I became real angry, and as a partof anger management strategys I just walk off I got food from another establishment in the mall. and returned to work I calledthe restaurant over 5 times to discuss the issue no answer. I wanted to return the food or simply speak with a manager aboutjust simple awareness of food safety, the refund really wasn't a big deal but I will never spend money where I am notrespected. I work hard enough and have enough self love and respect so that I dont have to, and there are many otherestablishment to choose from the owner manager is rude and disrespectful he even screamed at me for returning after worktodiscuss the issue he also told me I couldn't come back to his location ok great thank you for not allowing me to get a Phillycheese sandwich with covid where my thoughts about the issue i also made a call to corporate office bur haven't heard anythingyet"
