"After dinner, they assured us that the situation would be addressed. When we returned, the room was cleaned up, looking and smelling great! We also received a rebate, and the staff was very apologetic. I just wish everything had gone more smoothly so we could have taken full advantage of the amenities. The hot tub seemed lovely, but I was too exhausted by that point to enjoy it.
In the morning, we planned to have breakfast but were overlooked when it came to seating ourselves, as we were told to let them know when we sat down. We eventually decided to leave since there was only one server handling breakfast, and it was taking quite a while. On a positive note, the views from our room were fantastic, and the staff was very friendly!"
