"This place is fantastic! The worst part is that you want everything on the menu. I literally wanted 3 appetizers, 2 of their amazing salads and all the ducks. This is a place where you don't just go once. You need to prepare for coming back, otherwise you will stare at the menu and fill in delicious land bread and butter before you even order. The staff is pleasant and wonderful and can help you meet intelligent menu choices. Make a reservation for inside as Al Fresco food comes first served and waiting can be long when it is beautiful."

"While we arrived a few minutes early for our reservation, the hostess greeted us by informing us that there were many reservations that evening and that we would only have 90 minutes at our table. I find this to be a rather unwelcoming way to treat guests. The restaurant should better manage its reservations to avoid putting pressure on diners. As it turned out, we had more than enough time, as the service was quite prompt. There was no need to make us feel rushed throughout our meal. In the future, I will choose to dine at one of the many restaurants in New York City that understand how to make their guests feel at home."

"Bistro 46 shows promise, but it could benefit from some improvements to enhance the dining experience. On the positive side, we were seated quickly, but things went downhill from there. After being seated, it took 10 minutes for our waiter to acknowledge us. To our dismay, he took the order from another table before taking ours. It was another 10-15 minutes before we finally received our drink order. The food was enjoyable, but the appetizer should have been served before the main course, not alongside it. I had to seek out another server for ketchup since our waiter was nowhere to be found, and it took an additional 10 minutes to arrive, by which time the fries were already cold. The best decision of the night was to refill our drinks ourselves, as our waiter wasn't very attentive."

"Three stars is generous although the location on a warm summer evening was pleasant. They got my dish wrong and said it would take 20 minutes to get my ordered dish ready. This had nothing to do with my 3 star rating the problem was the food quality. They came back and offered me the incorrect dish to eat while I waited for my ordered dish — which was nice, but I declined and said I would eat the incorrect dish only and pass on my ordered dish.
