"First and most importantly the food was delicious. However our service was terrible. We were treated as if we did not belong. Took over an hour for food to come out and we were not checked on. Even once the food was brought we were not asked how was the food or anything. The customer service made my first visit be my last visit."

"This was my wife and I's first time to The Red Hut Diner and I have to tell you we were very pleased. Stopped in for Sunday breakfast. I had my usual 2 Eggs over easy Hash Browns, Rye Toast, Bacon and Coffee. I was very happy. Everything was cooked just the way I liked it and the coffee was good. My wife got the Irish omelet with Hash Browns. An omelet with corn beef. She said It was cooked perfect and it was good. For us, the portions were large and the prices were reasonable. It was a nice Sunday Treat. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The diner has a nice interior is well laid out and is very clean. Sorry I didn't take more pictures. I was tired."

"I would rate this place as a 3.5 stars. I might consider returning if the food tasted better. I ordered a cheeseburger, but was surprised to find that it only came with one bun, cheese, and a patty. It was served with a side of small pickles and coleslaw. I wasn't expecting any fancy sides like French fries, but I have never had a cheeseburger without lettuce, tomato, and pickles before at a restaurant. The iced coffee was decent, similar in taste to Dunkin' Donuts but cheaper at $3. Despite the name of the coffee shop, they didn't have any specialty coffee drinks, only regular brewed or iced coffee. There were some plastic pastries near the cash register. The restaurant has only 6 tables, so it is quite small, but not crowded."

"This place isn’t as special as it used to be. Clientele has changed. People used to dress up to go there and it was a 5 star experience complete with valet parking and coat check. A sommelier would come to each table and make wine recommendations to accompany the meal. Last night we experienced a typical 2-3 star dining experience. Very disappointed. We’ve come every year for 25 to celebrate our anniversary. Will be looking for an upscale experience that warrants the prices we paid for dinner and drinks. The grade of beef served was not prime or even select. I make better steaks than I had at Lord Fletcher’s last night."

"Update on December 6: I had some friends in town, and they wanted to grab a late breakfast and watch a football game. I felt it was necessary to let them know that the TV behind the bar has been out of service for over a year. The bartender poured 22-ounce beers, but they were mostly foam—about three inches worth. The total for three beers and three breakfast burgers came to $75, and although the burgers were decent, spending nearly $100 (including tip) for that experience seemed excessive. The staff appeared untrained in pouring drinks, and the lack of a functioning TV, combined with what seemed to be poor management, left a lot to be desired. I understand there are challenges in the restaurant industry, but I have to question whether it’s worth paying $100 for that experience. On my last visit on October 16, 2022, dinner was also disappointing. I spent $48, including tip, on a Turkish sandwich that cost $20. It came with only five tiny slices of turkey and a minimal amount of avocado. If you're the owner, you really need to address this—it’s quite embarrassing to serve such a meager portion for $20. I’m open to giving places a fair chance, but honestly, it's hard to see how anyone would want to return if this is the quality we can expect every time."

"what a fantastic addition to the neighboring! the baked were amazing and freshly made before spot. if they are looking for coffee (they serve boulder’s boxcar) and a bake, that is it with a beautiful terrace. and if they are looking for a more complete breakfast, that is ice, sink and cheese croissant delicious, the fresh homemade croissants are so good! other good options are on the menu, I am back soon to check them. "I’ll rate my experience at STK a I had a small conflict with the host at the door, there was a lot of miscommunication and misconduct in the very beginning. The food was decent, I was excepting the food to be more than what it was but it was okay. My waiter was very pleasant and attentive. I rate my waiter an he made my friend and I feel very comfortable and that he made sure that we received everything that we needed. There were other waiters who were very helpful as well."

"I ordered takeout on Postmates. The beef in oyster sauce was basically beef in oyster sauce soup. The chow mein proteins were overcooked and there was no flavor. Im going to guess they were cooked separately and added to the dish toward the end which is why no flavor set in. No color to the noodles. The dishes were entirely prepared improperly. I am 40, I have never sent a complaint to a restaurant but these dishes were terrible. Couldn’t even stomach the chow mein. The buffalo wings were decent but not even an option for ranch much less the traditional blue cheese dressing for dipping. What I received does not look like what is being posted by these positive reviewers. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I’m a well traveled certified cook, although I don’t cook for a living anymore, and have been in restaurants for much of my young life. It’s better to have 5 things on a menu you do really well than a huge menu where you cut corners and utilize a large amount of pre-prepared ingredients that aren’t allowed to fully cook as intended to create a cohesive single dish. Minimize the menu and retrain on popular dishes. I’m not sure why the reviews are so mixed but it seems they’re really weak on their takeout. It also seems they have been open a long time and maybe inflating food prices are making it hard with such a large menu but I can’t believe people that care about keeping their business at all would let such poorly prepared food leave the store. It’s astounding they’re still in business. Or maybe just have one good cook and I got the bad one? I dunno. The photo is the “chow mein with soft noodles” that I couldn’t eat. I thought of trying to repurpose the ingredients and make it taste better but the smell when I opened it today (ordered last night) was less than appetite inducing and I will be trashing it. Go ahead and google “chow mein with soft noodles” and let me know if you would consider what I received as the same dish."

"Second time at Tanner Smith’s for brunch. This time there was no jazz and coincidentally no patrons. At 11 am the place was a ghost town. However the food was still good. We had the breakfast flatbread and the bacon-egg sandwich which were both good. The drinks were not quite as tastey as last time. The Winona is still my go to, would skip the Boulvardier. The decor was representative of the bootlegger theme and staff was great. Still recommend, but not as mischief of an experience this time around."

"They have a tendency of forgetting parts of the meals. We had multiple take out meals with missing sides. Recently they went to using doordash. I had ordered fajitas and they forgot the wraps, they substituted the refried beans to something I can’t eat and served me left over stale rice. We live close by but when your not feeling well and don’t want to go out. It’s frustrating hearing the manager say no apology but go get it yourself or wait at least thirty minutes. Really hit or miss from this establishment … but hey at least I got stale rice fajita fillings kicking around in my fridge to help me thru my cold ! I’m sorry but a lot of the take out orders are messed up. We usually order breakfast directly from store as takeout and have mentioned missing sides with no response. This isn’t the first time, but this will be our last experience."

"I called Mark back to explain the situation, and he said he would contact them. A few minutes later, he called me back to let me know that they couldn’t send someone since my order had been canceled, and I would need to reorder without the Gatorade. I went ahead and did that. Eventually, the driver arrived to pick up my order about 30 minutes after the pizza was ready. When I opened the box at my hotel, my stuffed deep dish pizza was still steaming hot. Thank you, Mark, for going above and beyond to turn a frustrating situation into a positive experience!"

"I've always seen this restaurant on the way home. It looked very interesting. Today, I and my friend finally have the chance to check them out. We were satisfied with the service there! "We waited at the reception for a few minutes before someone approached us. The bartender said something but didn't provide much assistance. Once we were seated, our waitress, Dakota, was fantastic! She constantly checked in on us and was very friendly and professional. Our drinks, appetizers, and meals were all well-prepared and were served quickly. Dakota ensured that everything was just right. The food was good, and the prices were reasonable. Although I mentioned our reservation, I don't think the table we were given matched the one in our open table reservation. I still don’t feel like my concerns were fully addressed."

"First time going to this restaurant for brunch. The place itself is nice, décor is nice. We went on a weekend during brunch, so it was not that busy so the vibe was very relaxed and calm- obviously would be different during dinner time. The hostess was very nice, and the staff are all polite. Servers could speak up a little louder, it was hard to understand at times. The mac and cheese was delicious, and my partner liked his lobster and said the steak was cooked perfectly. We did have a hair in the butter sauce which was replaced right away- an offer for a dessert or something would have been appreciated considering the price we paid. The little burgers were not all that, had better else where. The bathroom area is super dark, and only one stall for the ladies bathroom- which is not a problem for a slow brunch day, but I could imagine on a busy dinner night how annoying that would be. We had bottomless mimosas for 30 bucks which is a reasonable price for brunch. The manager at the end of our meal came to our table to touch base which was nice and appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience to try but nothing to bring me back so far."

"The only good thing I can say about this experience was that the food was good and had a nice presentation. The problem was that it took over an hour to get it! The server was there right when we sat down and we asked for 1 minute to look over the drink menu and we didn't see her back for about 15 minutes. We were heading to a show and I gave ourselves 1.5 hours to eat and we didn't even have enough time to enjoy our meal because by the time we got it we had to leave. I was surprised because it appeared that we were alone in the restaurant when we first walked in. I asked for our check when it was time to go and our check came out before our food. Then the screwed up my order and when they tried to fix it, the side came out burned. Really a terrible experience overall."
