"During our meal, my family and I split the bill, with my mother and grandmother paying separately. Unfortunately, we encountered a very slow waitress. After waiting nearly 20 minutes to pay with a card, we decided to go to the bar area to settle our bill. While trying to pay, our waitress suddenly appeared and accused my mother of not paying her bill, causing a scene in the middle of the restaurant. I was embarrassed and humiliated.
I spoke to a manager about the incident, but received little assistance. It was a traumatic experience, and to top it off, the new busboy accused us of stealing money from our tab. I will not be returning to Tokyo Bay. The food may be good, but the poor service and treatment we received were unacceptable. I advise future customers to be cautious about leaving money on the table."
