"I've been to a lot of Chinese bars and I mean a lot. Probably over half of the ones in the state of Oregon. And this spot has a) some of the friendliest folks, and b) the best combo dinner anywhere (the #8). Classic place with booths and diner bar seats in the restaurant. On the bar side, it's a small spot. I've chilled at tables in silence before, but I've also met some of the nicest regulars and randos (and bartenders) anywhere while hanging at the bar. Don't be afraid to grab a seat right squeezed between everyone. Sit down and give it a little time, and you'll meet some great folks."
