"I ordered online and went to pick up and noticed they entered my meal in wrong and mixed up one of my rolls when I went to pick up my to go order last night. I mentioned this when I saw the bag. Then when they fixed my order they brought out the same bag and the rest of the food that was correct the spring rolls were cold, and the food they remade the shrimp tempura, the shrimp was soggy and gross. It’s expensive so I paid 26$ for a meal that was really just disappointing. Pretty upsetting and it made the day I was having even worse. "Last week we got takeout from Ling Ling. The shrimp with lobster sauce came in a quart container and was 90% sauce. What was really upsetting is our beef on a stick appetizer was bad, literally. Either the beef or the marinade was rancid. It stunk and was not edible. Ling Ling has never been inexpensive, but we had always thought worth it. Not anymore!"

"Ate here w our kids and had a nice meal. Kids had a buffet designed for them which worked out great and. Ore higher end restaurants should heed this call. $15 each but included lots of choices which kids love as well as deserts and a drink. I had the swordfish which was a bit overdone and a bit tasteless. My wife had the filet which was served over a tomatoe based medley of zucchini and squash which really didn't go with it very well. Read reviews and told side of Russell sprouts was roasted but they arrived steamed and again tasteless. All in the best part of the meal was our excellent waiter. Ate at pacific grille the night before and that meal was a lot tastier."

"I had an amazing experience at The Raven's Den tonight. The restaurant is stunning, with a sophisticated yet not over-the-top atmosphere. It's the perfect place for delicious food. The crab cakes and shrimp cocktail were some of the best we've ever had, and the New England chowder was simply exquisite. We were pleasantly surprised by the fresh garden salad that came with our entrees (I tend to overlook the details when I'm hungry). The main courses were perfectly timed and expertly prepared. Discovering The Raven's Den on our road trip was a delightful surprise, and it's a place I will definitely recommend to others. This is a dining experience that will be cherished for years to come. Don't pass up The Raven's Den."

"Had dinner here while in Vail last week. The food definitely did not disappoint, neither did the view off the balcony. The shear volume of nachos is amazing. The server was very nice and asked us how we were doing many times throughout our time there. Most restaurants in Vail have a high price tag and leave you wishing you got a little more bang for your buck. Garfs truly was worth the money paid will most definitely be going back here again when we go back to Vail. Highly recommend the nachos."

"The restaurant is outdated. The reception was unprofessional and lacking overall. Our server was very nice. Unfortunately, her professionalism and attention to detail was nonexistent. She had a strong cigarette odor. Our table location was next to a door leading to the outside seating area. There was a draft coming under the door that completely froze our feet, and quickly made our food cold. We have been to their other location many times, and had great experiences!"

"We recently dined at the Chop House for our daughter's college graduation. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is just delightful. We shared appetizers which included oysters and coconut shrimp. Both were delicious and had a nice presentation. Our meals were very good. Order the signature dishes if you want a complete meal; some of the steaks come a la carte. Overall, our experience was excellent. I highly recommend dining at the Chop House"

"I had dinner there with my family after receiving rave reviews of the restaurant. Our server was very nice, but marginally incompetent. He didn't know many details about the menu when asked for details. One of the starters was served without any of the 3 ingredients (olives with canned citrus and fried parsley - served without the fried parsley - not the waiter's fault). The waiter presented the special as an appetizer, but it was actually an appetizer. My main course (or should I say "starter") was served about 5 minutes after the rest of my table had already served their main courses. I was able to order another main course when it was clear that I had ordered an appetizer, but by then the rest of the table was done with the main course. The rest of the people at my table enjoyed the food and the beers were delicious, but overall my experience was not great."

"I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner."

"My wife and I were here a few months ago and decided to return. This was our second visit since a flood devastated the building. We began with a pitcher of Sangria and ordered Chicken with mushrooms and Shrimp stuffed with crab meat. Both entrees were delicious. A salad was served with the meal. The dining room gets quite noisy, but it's worth the noise to enjoy truly outstanding food."

"A group of us visited the restaurant for dinner on New Year's Eve. Although the atmosphere felt a bit shabby and we were the only patrons, the food exceeded our expectations. The crab dip was particularly tasty. The main courses featured standard American dishes, but everyone, both adults and kids, enjoyed their meals. However, I wouldn't choose to return during colder weather, as the heating seemed inadequate—we had to eat while wearing our coats. Overall, the restaurant is in need of a significant renovation."
