"From the moment we arrived, the staff rushed out to assist her with her wheelchair and help her up the steps. Once we were inside, they seated us as close to the door and bathroom as possible, which allowed plenty of room for her. These thoughtful details may go unnoticed by most waitstaff, but this team was incredibly observant. Since my grandma can’t walk far, sitting near the door really alleviated some of her discomfort when it was time to leave. The staff was truly kind. She absolutely loved the fresh homemade pickles, and when she told the waiter they were the best she’d ever tasted, he generously brought her more to take home. As for the food, we're both big salad fans, and the portions were massive! I ordered a fried chicken salad, which can be hard to find in a southern style. It was delicious! My only minor critique would be that the ranch dressing tasted a bit sour for my liking, although my grandma enjoyed it. Being from the Southwest, I have quite the ranch preference! I appreciated that everything seemed homemade – for the ranch, I’d suggest using Hidden Valley powder packets to mix rather than the bottled kind. I had no idea we had a Jackson Hole Diner in NJ, as I have visited one before. This was a delightful discovery! They even make their own orange juice. Overall, we were very pleased with the food, but what truly made our visit special was the wonderful customer service and kindness we received. It seems that in today’s world, people often don’t show enough respect for their elders, but that was not the case here. Everyone treated my grandma like royalty, making her feel celebrated as if it were her birthday. One gentleman who helped her down the stairs refused my tip several times; I had to insist before he accepted it. His genuine kindness came straight from the heart. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making my dear grandma feel so valued and cared for. She really enjoyed her time at the diner and mentioned how nice everyone had been to her. We're truly grateful for the experience!"

"This was one of the few diners in the area that served Mimosas and **** Mary 's, which was an absolute must after a long Saturday night. We got to the restaurant around 9:45am on a Sunday, which was the perfect time because we snagged one of the last open tables before guests would be put on a waitlist. If you plan to come here on a Sunday, get here before the local church services are over. By the time we left, there were at least 5 other groups waiting to be seated. We ordered a round of **** Mary 's/Maria 's which were delicious, but a little on the salty side keep a glass of water nearby. I could see the servers making the mimosas at the countertop and noticed they were pretty generous with their pours, so if you 're thinking about getting a little champagne to start your day, you 'll be in good hands. Given that this is called the Omlette Factory, it was essential that I try an omlette, which was no easy feat since there were so many options. I ended up choosing the Athenian which had Gyro meat, Tomatoes, Onions, and Feta. I was not very impressed with this dish because the Gyro meat tasted more like breakfast sausage and there was so much Feta melted on top that it was a little overwhelming. My friend got a spicy omlette with jalapeños and cheese, topped with avocado and sour cream. She seemed to enjoy it, so I 'm just assuming that my choice wasn 't their star dish. What I felt lacked in flavor profiling of the food, was made up tenfold by their service. This place was slammed, there was the deafening sounds of a busy diner dishes rattling, mumbling and laughter from customers sitting at tables just a little too close together but these servers were on point, keeping up their charm and making sure drinks were refilled quickly and consistently. This seems to be a popular place so I 'll need to try another dish next time to give a more well rounded review. At least I know that I 'll get great service!"

"Starting with the cheese steak: it was old, dry, and completely lacking in flavor. The side of macaroni and cheese was equally bad—dry, cold, tasteless, and it appeared to have been sitting in a warming tray for way too long. Then I tried the prime rib wrap. I encountered several large chunks of bone while taking a bite, which was painful. The meat was tough, dry, and an unappetizing grey color—so tough that it caused the entire wrap to fall apart. I will say that the wrap itself was put together nicely and had some decent flavor, but I'm not about to pay $20 for small pieces of bone and questionable meat. The fries, while warm and crispy, were a greasy grey and tasted like they were cooked in oil that hadn't been cleaned in ages. As for the $12 martini, it was essentially just pineapple juice mixed with Malibu rum, and it was awful. I don't blame the person who made it; I know they weren't responsible for the drink's proportions. I can usually handle bad food, and I'm not looking for a free meal when I have an issue. However, there wasn't anyone in charge available to address my complaints—not a manager or an owner. That's really the crux of the problem. I don't expect a five-star meal from a place like this, but it desperately needs better leadership and significant improvements in food quality. If they’re going to serve such subpar meals, they should at least lower their prices. On a positive note, the servers were great."
