"Absolutely amazing Gem located in the heart of NYC! I struggled to find a sit down breakfast place for a group of 4 so when I came across this place, I of course went straight to the reviews! PLEASE DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED by the reviews!!!! This lovely restaurant has 4.4 stars On Facebook! I ordered the pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon. The pancakes were fluffy and cooked to perfection, the bacon crispy and taste amazing, the eggs were fluffy and delightful. I also had a glass of orange juice that was just how I liked it PULPY which is hard to find! And an Cup of coffee that was served in a glass cup on a saucier. We were greeted by smiles and greetings as soon as we stepped in the door. Definitely a must visit if wanting a good family owned home cooked breakfast!!!"

"Stuck in Mickey-land for a convention, a group of us were looking for a Sunday brunch spot. Oscar's at the Waldorf sounded like what we wanted and off we went. Although I'm not a lover of buffets, this one looked amazing, with more variety than usual, including a smoked salmon bar, prosciutto bar and honey dripping from a honeycomb! There were a lot of family's with kids, so it was a bit noisy, but that didn't really detract...everything the group of 4 tried, we loved. Only 2 things that were a little strange were that the cost of the buffet only included Mimosas, not **** Marys and there were no Eggs Benedict on the buffet??What impressed me most though was the commitment to making the customer happy. When I got to the salmon bar, it was empty, although two staff members I asked told me it would be restocked. When I mentioned it to our waiter, he came back and said they'd run out, which was disappointing. The manager came over an apologized, said they'd even sent over to the next door Hikton but they were out til Monday...not what I wanted to hear. 15 minutes later the manager appeared with a plate heaped with the best smoked salmon I've had in a long time....THAT is service."

Therefore I felt it necessary that I dressed a lace for the waitress and a pointed for the big young lady in black with dark hair on the front counter. the owner should be proud of the workers who work there. "The beautiful veggie bowls my friends had smelled so good, so I can 't rate *too* low, but I was here for a smoothie. I hate bananas, so I asked for bananas to be left out of my mango lassi. I was charged $9 instead of the $8 listed on the menu. Then, when I took a sip, my smoothie had a very dominant, unmistakable banana flavor. Taste this, I asked my friends. What fruits would you guess are in here? I 'd say banana is definitely the strongest flavor, my friend responded. So I took the smoothie back to the register. When I explained the problem, they told me I was wrong, and refused to make it right. I decided not to try for a refund, and instead to laugh it off and give my smoothie to my friend. They really like bananas, so to them it was tasty! Maybe you 'll enjoy eating here, but if you don 't, there 's not much you can do about it."

"I ordered a small bianca with wings, half bbq half mild. I asked the woman at the register if they had a bianca and what came in it and she made a guess to the best of her knowledge. Not every pizza spot makes a Bianca the same way. I was a little unsure about how it would turn out because she didn’t seem to be sure of what I was asking. BUUUTTT when I arrived home, I opened the box and a beautiful little pizza sat in front of me. With the perfect toppings some of which included tomato and feta. The wings were perfectly crisp and sauce was plentiful. Only thing I would say is please give a girl plenty of blue cheese for 10pc wings ? Also, the crust on that pizza was AMAZING I didn’t even wanna share with my dog! It was garlicky and buttery and amazing. I hope to have a repeat experience soon. Thanks for the amazing food."

"My husband and I took our grandchildren and several neighborhood kids to see Halloween displays on the Saturday night before Halloween. We were having such a good time, we decided to go out for pizza. We were nervous when we walked in to Dean Park Pizza and it was packed. We expected to have to wait but the friendly staff brought us right back to two tables they pulled together. The pizza was very good and our servers were attentive and patient....even as 7 excited kids shouted out their drink orders. The atmosphere is super casual and lively...not for a romantic date, but perfect for a quick bite with the kids."

"My aunt and I got the steak and eggs breakfast... it was a phenomenal price! Food was good size portions... restaurant was clean and pleasant, wait staff was very friendly, quick to service, food came out in a timely fashion... the only think I wish was that there was some kind of seasoning on the steak while it was being cooked... Salt and Pepper would have brought this meal from good to absolutely amazing... home fries needed cooked a little more, there were a couple of the larger peices that were still a little crunchy...
