"Once inside, we spoke to what appeared to be a table coordinator. She moved us to the front of another queue, informing those who had been waiting that we had priority due to our reservation. This understandably upset the people who had been in line without reservations. The organization was lacking, as we ended up waiting another 10 to 15 minutes for a table to become available, despite seeing many people leaving from a busy area further back. When we pointed this out, the coordinator seemed confused and didn’t grasp our suggestion that we should check for available tables down there. I asked if we could inquire about those tables, but she insisted she would be informed via her radio when there was space—whatever that meant. I couldn’t help but wonder why they allowed reservations if there were no available tables and why people without reservations were allowed to queue, potentially taking reserved tables. The coordinator had no answers and simply shrugged, saying she didn't know. Additionally, no one checked our reservation, so we could have easily claimed we had booked without consequence. It felt rather chaotic, but we finally managed to snag a small table on the left. A waitress approached us—she was polite and friendly—but she kept getting distracted, shouting orders to other staff about food being taken to the wrong tables. It was quite noisy, with a lot of shouting, but the restaurant still managed to have a lively atmosphere. As for the food, we ordered a variety: Hennessey chicken wings, sticky boneless wings, spicy wings, pulled pork burgers cooked well, and brisket burgers cooked medium-well. The portions were generous, and everything tasted good, although the brisket burgers were a bit more rare than medium-well. We couldn't finish everything and took the leftovers in boxes to give to people in need on the streets. Overall, the experience was decent. The prices were reasonable, and the portions generous—consider sharing if you go! The frozen drinks were delicious, but the reservation system and general organization at the entrance definitely need improvement."

"We decided to sit on the patio, which was actually quite comfortable even in the July heat. However, we waited ten minutes without anyone coming to us, so we went inside to ask the host for assistance. He merely shrugged and said he didn't know who our server was. After another five minutes, we finally got a server who took our drink and food orders, but the food arrived before our drinks did. To make matters worse, the shrimp platter we ordered came with only three shrimp and cost $18. When I asked the server if that was really all the shrimp we were getting, he said he wasn't sure and would check on it. I requested to speak to the manager. When she arrived, she didn't introduce herself and just stood there awkwardly. When I started explaining the issues, she chuckled and said she didn’t mean to laugh, but the server had slipped on some water while bringing out our food, so they would bring us more shrimp. Clearly, we didn’t find the situation amusing at all. We then went on to express our other concerns (inadequate service and the food arriving before drinks), and her response was, “I’m sorry, but there’s nothing I can really do about it now that it’s happened.” We were taken aback; we asked, “What do you mean there’s nothing you can do? You’re the manager; you have the power to address this.” In the end, they offered a slight discount on our bill, and we decided we wouldn’t be coming back. It’s apparent that nobody—management, servers, or kitchen staff—is adequately trained or seems to care. It’s a shame to say, but I genuinely hope this place doesn’t stay in business much longer."
