"If I could give fewer stars, I would. I was immediately greeted with attitude by the manager, Mr. Sing, when he came to take my order. I was using offers on my app, and usually, they have me read the code. However, he very rudely insisted on seeing the code instead. I showed him without any issue. There was a separate offer for a free upsize on fries, so I ordered a medium and asked for my free upsize. He told me I needed a code, even though it stated on the app to just ask for it - there was no code. He argued that there was no code, so I wouldn't receive the free upsize. Moving on, I requested a spicy chicken sandwich, but he informed me they didn't have it. He mentioned they had a spicy ch'king, so I asked if it was a chicken sandwich. He confirmed it was. At this point, I was extremely frustrated and tired of being disrespected. I decided to cancel my order and go clear across town to another Burger King location, where I was treated with the utmost respect. While I understand that people have bad days, one does not have the right to be disrespectful when I had been nothing but polite from the start. I will NEVER return to this store."
