"I was instructed to scan a code to view the menu on my phone, but that's not how I prefer to do things. I’ve never scanned a code in my life. Having spent 20 years working outdoors and growing up on a farm, I simply wanted a traditional menu. When I asked the waitress for one, she rolled her eyes at me, which was a turn-off. I decided to leave because I want to dine in a place where my business is valued. As a side note, I typically tip between 40-60%, so I expect to be treated well, just like every customer deserves. Ultimately, it’s their loss, and I’m giving them a 1-star review."
