"My wife and I are huge fans of Bassil's, easily one of our favorite Italian restaurants in Jacksonville. While it's not an upscale place and we often choose to take our meals to go, the quality of the food is exceptional. They offer an extensive menu beyond just pasta, including pizza, subs, calzones, and more—all of which are delicious. The calzones are enormous, so if you order one, be prepared to share or have leftovers. They often have fantastic deals that include a couple of dinners, a salad, and breadsticks, which is typically our go-to option. Overall, we have never had a bad meal there."
